I had a great experience with my customer service rep. She was able to answer all my questions regarding my SSL and domain name expirations. She was able to extend my years of service and fix the symptoms use of an expired credit card instead of the primary card on file. She was also able to off a 20% discount offer to extend my domain. This was a great savings for our NonProfit.

I would have given 5 stars, however, I have to reset my password each time I want to access my control panel. I write my passwords down and keep them in a secure place. This lets your whole site down

The VonAnthonySalon.com website needed to be moved off the legacy nameservers because the legacy DNS did not support the CNAME record format that I need (directly from Microsoft). I initiated this transfer 6 days ago. I had previously been told that the migration would take 24-48 hours. 6 days later, still nothing.
Chris B was able to listen to my concerns and walk me through the process. I had to get the login credentials for the new management console. Chris walked me through the migration to the new nameservers.
I am cautiously optimistic that this change will actually take place within the next 24-48 hours.
I had spent an hour on the phone on Monday (11/7) and had been bounced around to 6 (six) different groups. The last group informed me that they would have to call me back. They never did.
Chris B is one of the few people at web.com that was actually able to help me.
The following ratings are for this one contact with Chris B. Ratings for all other contacts over the last 5 (five) weeks would largely be 1 star.

I have terrible experience with Domain.com where they obviously sell or share my filling and ordering data (email and our telephone number) with a large number of worldwide companies where every day many of them call us whole day and offering to us website development etc, and every time new company and new number. Terrible experiance.

Called the first time and the lady lied and said she unlocked my account but it wasn't u locked. Sent me a reset link that didn't work. I called again and the second lady "Hanna" had me just sitting on hold without ever sending a reset link that worked either. What is going on with y'all and y'all site? It's frustrating

I called with a technical issue--Christian of the Modifications Team spent the time to help ascertain the source of our issue. He walked me through his troubleshooting steps and when he needed to test something he told me each time that there would be silence, but he was still on the line. Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
