I registered a new domain WINBOT.WINE for $6.99 but got 2 invoices, one for that amount and the other for $45 as a sort of renewal I never wanted. Tried to explain to the Customer Service and the answer was "you must have selected it, sorry it is not possible to refund you the money". It is really a shame, whay would I buy a domain renewal for that amount?

I cant, for the love of god, connect my google workspace to my domain. It's complicated, I have to do 37 steps, assistance can't help me, I don't have time for this and it is not user friendly at all. I should've bought my google workspace directly from google and not domain.com. Huge mistake.

Great! I am just learning. Had an issue with it adding an extra e to my email and adding the name on our card instead of my name. I got help with the email and will ask for help with name issue later today when I have more time. I also couldn't find the button to edit my websight but they helped me. So far so good! If you use this it will be the worst decision of your life I've tried to cancel it 40 50 times
There's nobody to talk to every time you try to cancel it they won't let you I never even got one single thing from these people and they are still to this day charging my card because I can't get a hold of them I have to go pay the bank to get them to stop charging me do not use this it is a scam I never got one single service from these people and they have literally tried to charge my card twice every month not once but twice just the fact that Google lets this place be a business is completely ludicrous
Try to get a hold of their customer service before you use it you are not going to get a website it sounds good but it's too good to be true this is a scam I consider this to be one of the top 10 worst things that I've ever done with my card I will regret this until I go pay the money to have it taken off my account

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
