Experienced issue that required support (your website throwing errors preventing me from checking out). I contacted your customer support department and chatted with user 'megashree' for approximately two hourse. User could not answer my questions and took ~5 minutes to respond to each message. When I asked a specific yes or no questions they responded with something completely different. I was not getting useful support from this agent, so I asked to have the support ticket escalated to their manager, hoping that someone with better communication skills could help. They outright refused my request and told me I was wrong.

I've been struggling 3 days with this site I waisted a lot of time just because you site wouldn't let me in I finally logged on today but yet my windows laptop still isn't letting me log on I am using all the right information I will change my review I we can get this all sorted out
Only one minor issue when it comes to icons. Once an icon is missing from the text box, in this case a calendar, there is no way to get it back, the icons available in the drop down box don't match the one that went missing.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
