Interface is fine, when it works. Frequently does not load or fails to respond to inputs
Initially when I signed up, I was convinced that it would be easy for a novice such as myself to use this site. However, it is really hard to build my website here. It takes me hours to figure out how to delete, change or move something, how to manage the fonts and virtually every little thing I have to do. After about 14 hours of trying, I am having a friend build it for me. And no, I cannot afford your professional services, even at half price.
The website is slow, I press a green button "Build", but nothing works
I'm not a very experience web builder, and sometimes your site can be confusing. I'm sure it fine for people who know what they are doing, but not great for a novice.

Any time I have to add an email, it takes forever. The customer service is always great, but I shouldn't have to work 2 hours each time to add an email

Terrible. Every day a different problem and when I seek help from an agent it seems that they are more uninformed than me, they focus on asking me and in the end they do not give solutions. Yesterday one of the agents told me that the problem is Google!
Support only ran me around in circles and failed to resolve my billing issue.

The phone support is far from professional, helpful, repectful, or knowledgable. I was charged $99.99 when I never authorized any charge and I was adamant that I DID NOT want to be charged. I was charged anyway and sat on the phone with "support" for 3 HOURS. Ridiculous.
I cannot understand how to add pictures to the services page.
I am getting started with web building and i gotta admit its not easy to navigate. I get it sometimes other i havent got a clue how to get around it

Why was I not informed that my domain is about to expire!? Now someone has bought it and I've lost access to emails and more! Wtf? No warning, no email, nothing!?
Everything is arranged so that it is easily found when needed. When I wasn't sure how to do something with the server side form to email, I quickly found a tutorial on your site that clearly explained what I needed to do.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
