I have been really pleased with the service I have received from Domain.com...
My DNS records that had been set up and working all last year were suddenly unavailable.
I wrote to support 3 times and was told each time that I had to wait! During this time, my website and email didn't work. I waited a very long time while they updated the DNS records each time, and the last time I asked for compensation because if I have had my records redone a third time, it means the staff did a bad job.
Disgusting service, bypass it!
If you value your time don't even bother dealing with their customer service team to remedy any kind of issue. I have been using their services for 15 years and they have transferred their basic tier of customer support overseas. To speak to anyone with any actual information or that can be helpful it takes hours. I've lost hours of my life dealing with their screw ups. I just canceled my services with them, it's better to have no active website than deal with this lack of support. What an utter joke. And now after doing more research their services are MASSIVELY overpriced
Very difficult to get service. I can call Go Daddy and they pick up the phone. You guys don't even HAVE a phone!

, it's my first time...Having a hard time setting up the website
We are working in UAE and there is no option in eCommerce website to change currency and for clothing there is difficult procedure to put items qty size wise.
So far, every time I add a product, the website freezes and I have to restart from scratch. I am really frustrated. I am going to call customer service. If they can fix it I will change this rating. If not, I am finding a new place to create my website.

I've been paying for this service for years. This past year our revenue has gone down and down. We've almost dwindled out of business. I saved myself by coming on to my web.com dashboard, finding that our website had not been taken care of, it was almost a full year since any updates, and it even had a dummy store on our page. Our calls through yodle/web.com had gone to ZERO. I felt betrayed. Beyond all these findings, I was dismissed for 4 days after being promised a call back with in 48 hours. There was supposed to be a "optimization" completed by 48 hours, instead it took me calling and calling. Until finally, on day 4, one of the various times I called in I got in touch with someone who said they would put the optimization in, even though they had said this same thing 4 days before. So now, I'm hoping this time it has really going to develop.
My (new) website is is still a dead link. Please fix it or return me back to my old website that worked.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
