Over the years you have dropped the ball. It used to be better but as you have grown things have lost their touch.
Two of my main domains were expired because the CC was expired and you guys just allowed it to be gone and not recoverable.
Your pricing has gone through the roof and no longer competitive.
Just don't have the same confident as before.

It's taken me weeks to get issues resolved and countless hours on the phone passed from one person to the next. Most recently my web site wasn't publishing, though it said it was successful; opened multiple tickets over a couple weeks and finally someone on the phone was able to fix the issue.

Poor customer service

Told emails wouldn't be interrupted to transfer account to web.com. Lost emails for 2 weeks. Lost business. Asked for help. Only sent links to read. Paid for help only to be told they weren't touching my emails. Hours dealing with this only to rebuild with another company. My domain was locked and could transfer to another company so I built a new domain..

I have purchased the private website setting so my contact info is hidden but it has been sent out to who knows what lists. I am getting 20-30 calls a day from people trying to sell me web-relate services. I called web.com agent and there is nothing they could do. Incredibly frustrating.

I find the web builder to be hard for the traditional user to use. For instance, I am unable to remove the ecommerce store shopping cart from the top header. I also don't understand why I am only allowed three backups per site. I am also unable to remove and replace the backups I no longer need.

After calling in end of last week, I was put off from the manner in which the customer rep told me that it would take 24-48 hours to get the listings and directories issue into someone's care to begin the process of cleaning up the errors that is on your end. It's been some time and it seems that things still aren't resolved.
