Just getting used to the set up but so far reasonably useable.
Was confusing at first, but after a few tries making a website was simple
It may be user error however everything I try and do is asking me to buy something I already have these things included in purchased features and am struggling to navigate to set anything up.
Unable to get assistance from Live Chat - no one responded. There was confusion in the billing - terms of subscription did not match up order and no one responded to my inquiry.

1 database traffic limitation like ******* error
2 not easy to manage several sites together
3 i can give cpanel user for any site user or devoloper

Wish the ui was a little more user friendly and when I type thing in text boxes it backspaces very slowly. Like takes a whole minute to delete a paragraph. I also wish I could change my website more from the template
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
