I had trouble with my e mail and Deepak insisted that the issue was with Tucows or my personal e mail settings. He failed to help and I only found out what the issue was when I searched thru the web.com site. Perhaps he should get to know the products you offer a bit better.

Very disappointed in the web builder. Only 2-3 days of using it and it never has my format consistent. Pics all misaligned, header messed up and all the support i got gave me 2 escalated cases and still no answers or resolution. I did a lot of research in companies to see who to sign up with for my website and so far i regret choosing you.

Before I could make payment I get text saying my card was used and I never submitted. Unable to change card. It keeps taking me to screen to pay like it never went thru but I got confirmation email.

I didn't want this domain as you put an http in the address I wanted. Please remove the http from this domain as i don't want it with a http. Your site is very misleading and trapped me into something i do not want. I don't believe your site did this also who in their right mind would put an http in front of any webpage? I AM NOT HAPPY.

Which side is extremely difficult for someone who has no ability to use the web with any confidence. It's just too hard to figure out and too expensive for someone who would just like to be able to show their friends a website. I don't understand why you don't do monthly installments that are reasonable or why you have to have all the money upfront. It just sucks..
