My experience with domain.com started out a little rocky at first, but it has been over two years now, and I have grown my collection of domains. Domain.com has been very easy to work with, and manage my domains and websites quite easily. The central dashboard allows me to quickly get to configurations and settings, which makes domain management simple yet effective. I really appreciate using domain.com and will continue to do so.

It may seem convenient, but in the 6 months I had them they increased the fee TWICE and added services I didn't authorize and started charging random amounts throughout the month. When I asked what I was being charged for, they couldn't say anything past "add on services" but nothing specific. This is the third website service I've tested in 6 years and the absolute worst and most expensive.

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
