The system is very slow and drops connection durning website changes, Your customer service tech told me to email the change to *******@web.com and then received email saying not to send to that email.

I am still awaiting for tech support to fix my scheduler I have called, e mailed, and joined chat several times. My clients cannot book, they cannot pay, website is useless without this working. I have a ticket number but keep getting told they are putting in for back end to look into it.
I mean I had it for less than 24 hours and so far so good i mean I don't know how to use a computer pass like 49 percent I don't know to use office or none of that but this was easy to learn i recommend the templates suck but I'm good one for now till i get more money
