I signed up for some domains that I never use nor need and noticed they were put on auto renew (which I never do). I asked the agent to take it off (BTW they were due on May 5 but were processed april 26) and she said she could not do it. I this it is very unfortunate that you treat your clients that way especially since I have been with you with other domain names for quite some time. Thinking of migrating them now.

Please know if you are purchasing a domain with the hope of transferring it to a provider to be hosted they will NOT release it for 60 days! Yep, they don't tell you that up front but it's true. Also, support is awful. No direct line to call anyone and you have to wait protracted periods of time for a chat agent. B/c they wouldn't release the domain name I had to go back and forth between Wix and Domain.com for three hours to get someone to redo my DNS entries to point to the site. In the end, they did it wrong and it still didn't work. I ended up reserving a similar domain through Wix and it was instantly live. Don't use this service. Not customer friendly and a waste of time/effort/money.
I have built a few sites with Homestead, and I am disappointed that you can no longer control the exact dimensions of objects. However, the new functionality and additional design elements are nice.

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
