I can never get help with any of the issues I have
I recently left domain.com. They used to be a great company, but in the spring of 2023, they stopped offering human support by phone.
I switched to another host and canceled my service FOUR times prior to the date it was to be charged because they continued to advise me of upcoming fees. Each time, they told me (via bot) that it was handled. They do NOT hold my domain any longer and they NO LONGER point to my website, but they STILL charged me today.
I have had to revert to initiating a dispute with PayPal (who did allow me to speak with a human!)

We bought a domain and started to construct a website and cannot access it from our computer. The easy to drag and drop is not easy and continues to boot both of us out of the program. One email worked, several attempts to email from the site did not transmit. Any adivce?
So far things have been pretty easy on me, which is nice because I don't have a lot of experience managing domains or building websites (yet!)

The transfer was easy and simple. It stays true with the KISS philosophy in that regard.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
