Getting verified and a password set up was surprisingly troublesome. The person I chatted with to help was nice, had to try a few things, but ultimately gave me the right information, I would give her 5 stars. However, it made me concerned about how the rest of my experience will be.

I am totally confused. I thought I paid for everything I needed to create a website, but now I am being sent from pillar to post and expected to pay more to build my website. Can you clarify what I am entitled to because, with every button I press, I just see more upselling? 1. Can I start building my website or not? (2) And if I can when do I start? (3) Do I have to pay more to build my e-commerce website?
I have had multiple issues relating to the ecommerce builder that have cost me time and caused quite a bit of frustration. The support people have been very nice, but are obviously dealing with programming issues that need to be resolved.
It was easy to acquire domain name. Have had problem with registering the second domain name. It keeps telling me the link expired and another link will be sent... did not happen.
It took almost a week for me to log in - at first I've received email that something in my payment info was amiss, and your specialists will manually solve the problem within 24 hours. Nothing happened for several days, I couldn't get in contact with tech support, I couldn't log in. Today I logged in, and the domain is "setting up, this can take up to 24 hours". So this takes too long, and I need this domain for my business several days ago...
I can't code with the inherent web builder. Lacks functionality. Communication seems very useful, but I have not tested all of the options. I like the option of using the email offered.

Dashboard not easy. I am trying to set-up webmail and after 1 did one site then Google sites keeps popping up even though I both webmail already. And I have to use < to get to dashboard.
Also NO explanations on webmail set-up or explanation why set-up not taking.
Email has been down or sketchy the last few days. I only just found out that customer service is done completely through chat now, no more human phone service - and when I tried getting through for two days straight, the wait time was 2-hours. Who has two hours to wait for a chat? Whoever made that decision needs to know it is the worst decision yet by Domain.com. And now when I try to play videos uploaded to my site, they just keep cycling through but still not playing after more than 48-hours.
Kind of confusing to manage the domain and be sure I stopped the auto renewal.

I purchased the hosting package and due to some glitch still cannot get in to even begin the website. It has a support ticket. I am just trying whenever I can to get in. If I can't get in by tomorrow I may have to cancel all together
I would like to chat with someone regarding my account however the website has not been allowing me access and now that I can get acess to the Live Chat, I am getting no response.
I tried to contact support multiple times and each time was told the wait time was "only a few seconds!" — this was a lie. No one ever connected to me or talked to me either time. Why tell someone support is just a few seconds away when they're in fact not coming at all? A simple "Sorry, this may take a while" would have sufficed. Instead I've had not one but two miserable experiences all while my website suffers the worst critical errors it has ever had. It's completely unusable and broken and thanks to your glorious support, there's no remedy or fix in sight. Thankfully, I'll be exploring what my options are to move elsewhere so I no longer have to use your services.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
