Customer Service Chat could not assist me and made me call in. I called in and still could not get my questions answered. Very frustrating in fact that i can not get answers on a website that I am paying for. I may have to look at going elsewhere.

Everything was fine until they, without notice, decided to delete my account. When I tried to resolve it heir support team displayed a shocking lack of responsiveness and negligence. Despite my domain being actively in use and redirecting to my website, they deemed my account inactive and deleted it without any warning or consideration for the inconvenience caused.
The authentication process they demanded was nothing short of a circus, with repetitive requests and no discernible progress in resolving the issue. To add insult to injury, I was met with chat sessions that abruptly ended without a hint of resolution or accountability.
As the days dragged on, my domain remained inexcusably offline, causing irreparable damage to my online presence and credibility. Their failure to promptly address the situation and restore access to my domain showed a blatant disregard for their customers' concerns and needs.

Difficult to find good stock images and importing images is not easy either but it is very doable just takes a little more time.

They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
