I have been with Domain.com for well over 14 years. It use to be a great company to deal with, The company must have been sold to some horrible company that could not careless about their clients. I have had email service thru them,. Now I can not reply on if my email has been received as ALL of their servers are blacklist or blocked. I the last 12 months I have had to contact them 40 times to rotate their servers as I am getting bounce backs... I received more bounce backs this week than I can even count. The technical support people are not honest in rotating the servers. As they are all bad
I am not to sure yet as I have not made my web site yet.
I have scheduled 3 appointments when called by representatives and not a single one has called me at the appointed time.

YOU CAN LOSS YOUR WEBSITE AND LOSS GOOD OPPORTUNITIES BUSINESS FOR USE DOMAIN, WE PAID OUR DOMAIN FOR 1 YEAR, AND NOW THEY NEVER ANSWER AND WE CAN'T "FORWARD OUR BUSINESS DOMAIN NAME" FOR OTHER COMPANY. WE ARE VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY NEVER GIVE US A SOLUTION, THEY KNOW THAT EVEN THOUGH OUR LAWYERS WRITE, THEY DON'T CARE.

Confused about the steps I need to take to setup services
Kept talking me into "helping me" only to continue to mess up and lie. Noone knew what they were doing I have them recorded stating after 45 minutes that they weren't the ones able to help me and that they could find someone. I canceled my service and asked would i be able to use my domain on another platform now I called back because its not available and now they say it wont be available for 3 months i $#*!in hate these mf people and I would never in my $#*!in life do business with them EVER AGAIN! YOu only got one star because I have to in order to publish

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
