I've been playing with a few domain names as I start my business. Checking several. One I checked yesterday while logged in was $11.00 per year with no "Premium" but passed it by. Came back today and had a premium of 3995 WTF?
Checked GoDaddy and it was 11.00, checked you guys not logged in and it was 11.00.
Premium is obviously a scam. You watch searches of clients and tag a premium if they pass it by the first time.
BTW PURCHASED AS A NEW CLIENT FOR 11. OO. LUCKY YOU USE GOOGLE WORKSPACE.

No one answered chats - added google business account and I can't access anything through google - have to do it through domain.com - and again no one helps

Very easy existing domain name transfer process...
Triple check the domain name you choose, shame on me for using them the first time and thinking I must have missed something, used them again for another domain name and happened again, purchased a domain name that they said was not taken and then when my cc information went through, had something different then I purchased. No phone service available, only chat, can not get money back once purchased either.

Incredibly confusing and can't find basic things. The dashboard looks "pretty but it's non functional. There is no logical step to installing wordpress, the purchase experience was bad, you forced me to buy a domain that I don't want
Setting up new emails with domain names... told i could create 100 email names...
So far everything has been easy to navigate and set up.
Just keeps for adding more services but not able to use any of the purchased services to build the website. I have multiple sites on Godaddy where I only added wordpress and I was able to launch them quickly, but still unable to figure out Domains.com will most likely just transfer the domain to godaddy

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
