I can't believe how long it has taken for the simple issue of an in house domain transfer. I continue to have to call Customer Service on this whole experience that I keep hearing is "approved" yet still does not show up in my account. Your customer service was/is terrible and your email hosting absolutely sucks. I wish I knew before hand. Moreover your web page and logo makers are not all that good. You have billed me wrong and threaten to cancel my account only to find out you billed me erroneously

Very, Very bad communication. I've made an error in my domain names and requested to remove unwanted domains erroneously purchased. You've still charged my credit card. I only wanted 2 domains:

www.pleaseadviseadvocate.com
I only want these 2 domains registered. Please advise on the status of this error. Billing correction. It's been 2 weeks with no response! Terrible customer services.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
