Hi Tim, thank you for your feedback. Our customer success team is available to assist you with your policy whenever you need help at [email protected] or 727-202-4815. You can easily cancel your policy by providing the valid property sale documentation.
I needed to cancel out flood policy. I tried on the Neptune website & could not find where to cancel. So I called the insurance agent. She was to send me a cancellation form to sign & send to Neptune. I never got it. But I did get another notice that our policy was due. I responded to the email, which doesn't usually work in responding to such emails, and Nadia responded that she could cancel the policy. Thank you so much for responding!
