I needed to cancel out flood policy. I tried on the Neptune website & could not find where to cancel. So I called the insurance agent. She was to send me a cancellation form to sign & send to Neptune. I never got it. But I did get another notice that our policy was due. I responded to the email, which doesn't usually work in responding to such emails, and Nadia responded that she could cancel the policy. Thank you so much for responding!

Ian was quick in responding to my request for a copy of my renewal policy. Original email sent me to ACH payment which does not apply to me since my mortgage company pays the renewal

I was going to be a new customer but instead of charging my mortgage company they took almost $900 from my bank account a week ago and still haven't returned it
