What's going on neiman marcus?! I am no longer direct! I already have 4 orders or the wrong product is not the same! Contact support is not possible! Isvis has become the lowest level online store!
My order was never delivered. After numerous calls and chats to get an answer as to where my order was (almost a month later) they still couldn't tell me anything. Supervisor was just as bad at answering any questions. All the company had to do was communicate with me on any updates on my situation and all would have been good. I wasted approximately 4-5 hours on hold to get nothing. I will never order from Neiman Marcus again and I will be sure to tell everyone to be aware of purchasing online with them.
The order was shipped late, shipping was supposed to be next day, fedex had delays due to "weather" even though my area wasn't affected, the shoes finally came in. Here's the best part, my Versace Trigreca sneakers had been worn, no tags were attached or in the box, there were an extra pair old black soles that did not fit in the shoes. I requested an exchange and was told that because I used affirm I would have to return via fedex ground and wait for roughly a week for the funds to be sent to affirm and then after affirm processed the refund I could purchase another pair of shoes. Absolutely not. I use affirm and PayPal to protect my purchases and should be treated the same as other customers. This is something I expect from a Walmart or similar department store not $900 versace designer sneakers.
What happened to Neiman Marcus? For Christmas my husband got me a pair of Tom Ford glasses, Celine sunglasses, and a bottle of Dior perfume. The Tom Ford sunglasses came without a box and no cloth to wipe the high-end glasses. The perfume… Believe it or not… Came with only one drop in the bottle. It's as if it was miss manufactured and they didn't fill it at all. Now I understand that there's no way for Neiman Marcus to have known this since the packaging was all closed up. However, three weeks later they are now requesting for us to send the empty bottle back which I threw out about two weeks ago in order to get our new bottle. We've dealt with three people in customer service and still don't have resolution. Stay away!
I haven't been buying from Nieman Marcus due to all the previous problems I have had with them. I looked for a skirt that was sold out and found that Nieman Marcus was the only one that had it. I called customer service to locate which store actually had it. The representatives from the different locations couldn't speak English and gave me wrong information. After the 15th call I found the skirt at the Northbrook store. I was shipping it to my work address. The clerk refused to ship it anywhere other than my home address. I ask to speak to a manager, but was told a manger wouldn't be in due to the holiday week-end. I later found that a manager by the name of Robin Gabriel tried to reach me back ten minutes before the store was to close. I phoned her this morning to explain that I didn't receive packages from FedEx due to delivery problems in the past. Robin wouldn't listen! She was rude and talked over me and she was a total WITCH! I called Nieman Marcus customer service and spoke to Deborah - who couldn't believe what had happened. I even went so far as to change my address on my credit card to my work address to avoid having any further problems. Deborah told me that the billing and shipping address didn't need to be the same. Robin has now taken the skirt into her personal possession and won't allow the clerk to ring it up. Don't shop at Nieman Marcus they aren't the top notch store they use to be! It looks from other reviews that this is happening to lots of people. Time for NM to go under and close their doors for good!
I hate how they have online promotion but no products in their warehouse to ship as a whole order in one box. They always ship separately for one order. It's very shameful of neiman marcus. Are they having problems of stocking up inventories or what? So I ordered Dior lip balms with different colors and like what they always do never have product in their warehouse to ship. They always request from store location and those store locations have a few product in store also. If don have products to sell close the door!
Ordered an expensive bag that shipped on Nov 27 for a Christmas gift. It was received damaged and immediately returned. They would not ship a replacement until the returned was processed. It was not processed timely and the bag is now out of stock. So now I'm I screwed. Nothing they can do to help me. Last time I order anything from Neiman Marcus.
Where do i start? I mean I've never had such a bad experience with any other company... First off I ordered a pair of sneakers from that so called Horrible company on the 23rd of November and it's about to be December 7th... WTF I mean it started off ok it shipped and before you know it instead of shipping it straight FedEx to my house they decided to drop my package off to who knows where I believe the Post office and No new information since the 28th smh... So I've been calling them everyday and some foreign guy who barely speaks English says I'm calling toooo much... they are on the case you've called before I told him I can call as many times as I want Hell it's my money... he acts like it's his company with his menial job... Try Doing Your Job... Never again Neiman marcus... how do you FU#% UP so bad SMDH
I tried to order items for Christmas from Neiman Marcus online. It started off hopeful – then turned into a challenge quickly. First, the banner at the top of the website is wrong. There is NO free shipping. Second, when shipping items to multiple addresses, the page keeps reverting to the sender's address, causing you to have to re-select the actual address (you JUST entered)…. Again and again (especially for multiple recipients.) I had ten items going to 8 locations. This turned into a tedious back and forth task double checking and correcting addresses. Then, once I was certain all the information was STILL correct…. I placed the order. Low and behold, they omitted an item on the summary (although the item count at the Order Summary charge showed 10). The online chat was slow and no real help. I called CS and they were able to confirm all ten items, but they had two of the same item going to one person. UGH! They did fix it by canceling that one item…and reordering it. BTW – my email confirmation only showed ONE ITEM! This is totally messed up! Taking my holiday business elsewhere for the remaining items I need. Lastly, this order process took nearly an hour and a half (not very efficient!) and totaled nearly $1000. Beware ordering online from NM. Might be faster to just call or visit a store!
I ordered a pair of silk pajamas for my wife. The site said 2-4 business days for delivery. It took 2 weeks!
I odered an expensive clutch on 10/26/21. I received a confirmation of the order at the time it was placed. On 11/2/2022 I received a notification email from NM stating that package had shipped. It included a FedEx tracking number. When I click the tracking link it took me directly into the FedEx tracking site. I receive the message: "No record of this tracking number can be found at this time, please check the number and try again later."
How is this possible for the package to have shipped out yet the tracking number does not show up in the FedEx system?
I called Nm and reported the issue and I was told it was delivered. I said how is this possible? I can't even track the package because NM sent me invalid tracking number. I went to the post office to check, the package is not shipped also post office customer service informed me to contact the shopper because the tracking number is invalid.
After several calls. NM opened a claim said it will be resolved but it never did.
I thought Neiman Marcus was a high end, reputable business & I was sadly mistaken. I was a dedicated customer I will never order anything NM again.
I've been an NM customer for 25 years. Held a NM card for 10. I was out of work during the pandemic and asked for payment plan. They completely refused to work with me. Now they are suing me over a relatively small amount. Disgraceful! No wonder they're constantly in bankruptcy.
I ordered a perfume online and they sent me the perfume unwrapped and the box was open? I then call them to get an exchange for their mistake. I ship my perfume back and without my knowledge, they charge my card again for an exchange.
I ordered 1 coat online, they called me, left voice mail, couldn't process my card,. I made new purchase, the same coat and used different card, they emailed me again, they couldn't process card, so I called back and BOOM... my card worked... but... they charged me twice. Tried to call the store, was on hold for almost 40 mins, and still didn't get a good answer, why I've been charged twice. Thought the store is a good quality and great service, turned out... opposite. No more!
The stores are as bad as online. It is standard policy for damaged items to not be pulled from the floor in hopes that unsuspecting customer buys it and then good luck returning. Mistake after mistake. Shoppers can find designer clothes from the designer's online store. I found many items about $100 less. Neiman Marcus will be closed in the near future mark my words. Stay away From the sinking ship!
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wish I had read all of these reviews before I ordered. This was my very first experience with Neiman Marcus. I thought Neiman Marcus was a high end, reputable business & I was sadly mistaken. I ordered multiple dresses for an event NEXT YEAR & returned them all. They never left my house. One of the dresses was NEVER tried on and was returned in its original packaging. Neiman Marcus accepted the return and then wouldn't refund my money. They never contacted me. When I called them, they said the dress was worn, damaged, and unsaleable. I know with 100% certainty I returned it in the same condition I received it and it was never worn or damaged. I asked for details and pictures because I was stunned. I asked for it to be escalated and someone to call me. Neither happened. Instead, they tried to send the dress back to ME! I refused delivery and I contacted them again, and I got the same run around. They refused to allow me to talk to a manager. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Whatever happened to that dress, if anything, did not happen while it was in my possession. They need to check with their own warehouse team or talk to USPS, the carrier. Today, that dress came back to me AGAIN, repackaged in a new box. I again refused delivery and have reported Neiman Marcus to the Better Business Bureau. They have stolen $430 from me. All I want is my money back.
The worst customer service ever! I spent one hour chatting with two different persons trying to return a gift my husband bought for me and there wasn't any solution but to call and 800 number and explain all over again!

I order 3 pair of shoes for an event. Unfortunately they did not fit. I created a return for the shoes took them to the fedex drop off that day which was only 10 days from receiving the package. Because the mail service did not handle the package in a timely manner they refuse to return my package. So do not order anything online with this company they do not honor the 30 day return. I will never shop here again.
They keep hanging up on me, so rude. Cant figure out how to send me a new card. Apparently there system is down every time I call. Literally the WORST. Ugh
I buy from Neiman Marcus online, because even with a gift card, I am treated like dirt in their stores. The sales folks look down their nose at you if you ask where the sale items are. Enough!
So, I buy online and get regular "flash sale" notices. Recently, I purchased a $285 top on sale for $49. Nearly 12 hours later, I was informed my order was canceled as the top was out-of-stock in my size. This was a 24 hour sale with little time remaining. I had ordered a size large as I am between medium and large. Now, I was told they had none. It took them nearly 12 hours to determine that.
I jumped on my computer as the sale was nearly over. The medium was available, so I took a risk and ordered it. I always try to order what I plan to keep and wear and that works more than 95% of the time. A mere 90 minutes or so later, when the flash sales extra 25% off had expired, Neiman Marcus had the top available once again in large. This was close to midnight and they had more than just one large. Funny thing about these tops however--no extra discount.
So, this seems to suggest that my order was canceled because it had the extra discount. As I was now free to order it at a higher price. This is not the first time Neiman Marcus has done this. Because of the random order cancelation, I was sent a 10% off coupon that can only be used on one full priced item and has an expiration date. Whoopee! I think this smells a bit like bait and switch to me. Customer service, once they finally talked to me, could not explain the cancelation of my original order. Who could?
Answer: The y claim to expedite shipping then dont. They steal l and can't be trusted
