Package was left on front porch and destroyed by squirrels. There was nothing to say when ordering that the package would just be left.
Refuse to offer refund or send a replacement

As the only WHOLE30 partner in Canada these guys helped me find products I couldn't find locally to help me on this journey. The free shipping over $49 is a huge bonus and seeing everything in Canadian prices is huge! Thanks for being awesome Natura!

Ive ordered now 3 times and all 3 times my order was ridiculously late. The last time i ordered they didnt deliver on time, after speaking to useless people including a manager, i rejected the delivery was charged more thank half to send the package back because of their mistsake! Not worth ordering get your stuff elsewhere and it'll probably come much faster!

I've been ordering from this company for a couple years now, since I've been following the keto diet. The product is excellent, the prices are good and the customer service is excellent. When I receive my package it is always packed with care, never yet had a issue with any product. I would recommend this company for your diet needs.

Really like your gluten-free or keto bread best by far I have tried. Will order again. Sugar free jam was really tasty. I have ordered different product not disappointed so far thank you.

I had an order sent to an address we are travelling to and used it as my default.
Somehow the system sent it to my address where I reside.
I contacted Natura Market several times and finally was told I would get refunded... MINUS shipping and fees.
NOT OK.
I now am out $28.
I spend A LOT of $$$ at Natura for dietary needs.
NO LONGER will I give them business.
I am sure $28 is not a big deal to a large company for their website oopsies.
I was spoken to like it was MY fault.
After I emailed again and asked for my FULL amount back I received no response back.
Beyond dissapointed.

I feel like ive stumbled upon a goldmine of safe, delicious keto foods and treats. I cant believe I'm only discovering it now.

Being a loyal customer of this store I am absolutely appalled that my last order was defective and they refused to give me a replacement. You would think a Canadian company would be more than glad to help, well don't bother because they don't care and just want your money.

Terrible customer service from customer representatives and lack of response from Management. They made a mistake with shipping and wouldn't refund my order. This is the second time something has happened with my order so I definitely won't be ordering from Natura Market again.
