I am very pleased with my window canopies which were fitted on 29/07/2019. The installers were punctual, pleasant & professional, completing the work in 3 hours. As well as full manual control when required, I can safely leave the system on automatic, confident that the canopies will open/close with the sun's coming & going, but even in full sun, will close if the wind blows too strongly. The canopies shade my windows and part of the wall beneath, effectively reducing the amount of heat entering my flat, while allowing me to see out and even have windows open without letting in a lot of heat. They do exactly what was expected and look good too - see photo. I must also mention that in all my dealings with Nationwide Home Innovations, their personnel have been polite, helpful, professional and effective.

We've had problems with solar gain on a large west facing window for years. I was so delighted to hear about the possibiity of a zip screen and it's been a real pleasure to deal with Nationwide about it. We had excellent service throughout---an initial quote based just on some photos and a description, a very clear and helpful survey, and then the installation of the product itself. The installation was all done in a half day (for three screens) and both the service itself and the installed product exceeded my expectations. We now have a very discreet solution---you can hardly see it at all when the screens are up, and when they are down they look very good and they cut out all that glare and heat we had previously, while still allowing us to see out! It was all excellent value, much better than I'd expected when starting on the project, and (I should say) a considerably better price than the other quote we got, for what is clearly a first rate product; it works perfectly and is very easy to use; and i'm confident that in the unlikely event that there are any snags down the line they will all be sorted out. I strongly recommend this company and this product! Thank you so much.

I am absolutely delighted with the Nationwide awning. It is top quality in all respects and a feat of engineering yet simple to use. It definitely enhancing our house and the choice of colours and patterns is amazing.
The service was brilliant from beginning to end. A surveyor was sent along to measure up and check everything would be straight forward for the fitting. The fitters were quick and efficient and the job was complete in a few hours. Many thanks Nationwide.

From the initial quotation, I was advised what was expected of me in terms of when payments would be due and how long the awning would take to build.

I was give a fitment date but called the day before to hear that they had finished another job early and would be able to come a day early. I agreed and expected to see them still there when I returned home but they had already finished and left.

Really pleased with the service and product from start to finish.

Nationwide was recommended by a friend and I am delighted with the finished product. Throughout the process of buying and installation the service was excellent with good communication at all stages. The installation was carried out professionally and exactly on time. The fitters cleared up well and ensured that I was au fait with operating the awning and the heater. A great asset to me home which we have already made full use of, eating al fresco at every opportunity. Thank you. I love it!

At every stage of our buying process the service was extremely friendly. From the visiting salesman who put us quickly at ease with his approach and willingness to talk about himself and finding areas where we had similar interests. To the helpful, clean working and yes friendly installation team of two. They checked where the awning needed to go and that they understood our requirements. In between the two end processes we had conversations with the central team about timing etc and a visit from the surveyor to check everything out. He made a suggestion that slightly changed our order but for good reason.
My only adverse comment is that although we received a generous discount I still feel that the awning was not cheap but the quality appears to be very good and achieves our original aim so worth the extra cost. I fully expect that if anything goes wrong the company will sort it out without any objections.

Our new property has bifold doors and faces south so we decided to invest in a veranda to minimise UV damage and extend the living / relaxation space. From initial contact, salesmans visit and quote, through to ordering and installation everything went smoothly. Nationwide are good people to deal with and I would highly recommend them. The slight issues we had were resolved quickly and efficiently. We love our veranda and neighbours and visitors are all impressed with both its looks and it's function.

My husband and I recently had an awning fitted to the back of our house as we get the sun outside all day and it gets extremely hot.
We had a lovely gentleman round to give us a quote and go through different options and we decided to place an order. 7 weeks later our bespoke awning was ready to be fitted.
On the day of fitting the guys turned up earlier than expected and worked really quickly. They tided up well and gave me a good demonstration on how to work the awning.
We are both so pleased and have already had so many positive comments about how it looks. We just now need some more sunshine so we can enjoy it more!

After obtaining few quotes for the awning, I contact Nationwide Home Innovations through the random website on the internet and made an appointment for the rep.to visit. I was very happy and impressed with the professionalism that the company dealt with my requirements. The price was very competitive and the fittings of the Awning was done very quickly and clean and tidy. I am now the proud owner of a wonderful product that exactly what my garden room needed.
