Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years.
We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.
Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.
We would love to work with you on your next project however big or small.

The end piece fell off in first fortnight. I reported it and waited 3 weeks for replacement. I was told it would be done on a certain date when I was due to go out in afternoon. I said please come before 1pm.At 1.55 I phoned HQ to say cancel visit as I am going out now and was told they were in area. I delayed leaving and let them into garden and left them doing the repair.
I was annoyed that they came at the wrong time but the job seems to be ok and they closed up the premises for me.

We had a side Solar screen fitted to our existing Nationwide glass awning. Not only does it look lovely but, it now allows us to use it all day when the sun is shining directly onto the area. It is also perfect in the evening to make the space cosy and warm.
The service was excellent, and queries were answered promptly. Staff are friendly and helpful. The wait was a little longer than we expected but we were updated when needed.
I would suggest researching exactly what it is you want first, before your first home visit. It is rather easy to be talked into added extras as the products are all very tempting! Also, there is no need to sign on the day... sleep on it.
We would definitely use Nationwide again and, would recommend this company.

I live in Dorset so was able to visit the showroom in Wareham. Which made it much easier to decide on what I wanted and within my budget. Living on Poundbury in Dorchester made things a little more complicated but I was able to provide all the necessary paperwork.
The surveyor was extremely helpful and reassuring as I live alone and it was stressful to have make all the decisions myself
Once a date was confirmed everything went to plan and my enclosed garden room was completed in 2 days. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional. There were a few minor snags which were resolved with no problems. I was always kept informed about times and dates.
I am delighted with the finished product which has been much admired. I feel very reassured that I can contact the company should I have any problems.
