Nationwide Home Innovations headquarters is based on the Dorset Jurassic Coast, we’ve been installing high quality home improvement products across the country for over 35 years.
We believe in providing first-class bespoke pergolas, verandas and awnings using the highest quality materials. All our products come with a 5 year guarantee.
Our process is simple, firstly a countrywide sales representative will visit for a free, no obligation design consultation where samples are presented and all requirements are discussed. Upon placing an order, our surveyor will visit to ensure the product will fit flawlessly. Our own skilled installers will complete the installation to the high standards we expect.

After waiting for months for the awning you made a date for it to be fitted on my balcony.
After waiting till early afternoon I telephoned your office to say nobody turned up or had the decency to contact me to say they were not
Going to arrive. No apology just that they would phone me to make another appointment.
When they did phone me I was given a different story as to why they didn't turn up the

At least they could get their stories straight.
I am sorry to hear you feel this way. We have investigated your comments and understand your awning was fitted within the lead time specified, however, on our return visit to fit your additional item our engineers were held up by the protesters on the motorway. Excellent job from start to finish. Unfortunately, we would like to use the awning on the days that have strong autumn sun, but the awning goes back automatically because of the wind!

The wind sensor is a clever feature automatically retracting the awning in strong winds to protect itself, you can adjust the sensitivity if it is currently set too low for your property. I appreciate dealing with companies that do what they say they will.
The salesman was knowledgeable and happy to share technical details going to great lengths to ensure that I understand what all ramifications of owning and using the awning. As a consequence I realised a competitor was proposing a solution that conflicted with the manufacturers recommendation. They didn't get a call back.
All phone calls with customer services were courteous and appointments kept.
The installation team were very tidy and solicitous. The installation was done to a very high standard.
Afterwards they explained and demonstrated the proper use of the awning.
All taken together a great experience.
Would I recommend them. You betcha!

All went very well with sales, measuring and installation. My only point is that the current advert says interest free credit. Which is not strictly true if you are over 70 years of age. Age discrimination

Answer: Good morning If you are purchasing the property with the awning installed then yes it would transfer. If the awning is being removed, transported and reinstalled by a third part then we would not be able to continue the guarantee. I hope this helps
