I like coming here for my business. They have a great selection of flooring and the customer service is excellent. Their prices are lower here as well. This is a great place to find what you want and I can say that my clients are very happy.
I purchased flooring for my entire house with this company. I was told moving of my furniture was included with the price I paid. However, during the installation I received a call from the installation department. They indicated that in order for the installation to proceed I need to pay an additional $400 because I have furniture in my house. They know I can't leave the house with out the carpet they had ripped out. We were left with no choice but to pay for them to complete
I love this store. They had a great team of installers replace my floor to a beautiful wood floor. They were on time, finished as planned, and very professional. I am just thrilled with the end results. Thanks!
There were many home projects we were able to complete this year. New kitchen tile flooring was the first of many. We ordered from National Floors online and the installation servicemen were doing the working on the installation two days later. We are very satisfied.
I was assigned with purchasing the flooring for our school project. The salespeople from National Floors were very helpful in finding the right durable tile flooring for the bathroom and kitchen and luxury vinyl for the rest of the project.
I love our new floors in the kitchen and baths in our house. National Floors had a wonderful team come and install them and they did a super job. The floors look so much better now and I am thrilled with the finished product.
We had flooring installed from National Floors Direct. They were on time and completed the work as scheduled and did a wonderful job.
I highly recommend National Floors Direct. We had them install Vinyl flooring for its resilience and the floors are beautiful. They added a really nice feel to the atmosphere in our home.

BUYER BEWARE Don't purchase anything…
BUYER BEWARE Don't purchase anything from this company. They are a bunch of scam artist from there representatives to the managers running the place. They have close to 400 complaints at the Better business bureaus and class action lawsuits in place.
On November 7,2021 a representative from National Floors Direct, Armando Ortiz came to our home to provide us with a consultation for the purchase of new fully hardwood floors. We specifically informed Mr. Ortiz that we already have real and full hardwood floors and wanted new full hardwood floors installed. Mr. Ortiz guaranteed that's what the company will install. He asked for half the down payment by check and the other half would be financed once the job was completed. The company cashed the check quickly, then charged our finance card 6 days before the installation date. On Nov 22nd, the workers showed up with plywood/compressed wood. We immediately rejected the installation of this material, which did not comply with our agreement or the contract. We immediately contacted the company to inform them they did not provide their installers with the correct flooring. The company stated they complied with the contract. No where in the contract does it state the flooring would consist of plywood or compressed wood, nor did Ortiz ever mention or show us such material. The company representative continued to represent they did nothing wrong and refused to cure the defect, so we demanded a full refund of our money. To date, the company has stated they are not refunding any amount, and even charged us a restocking fee. Both Mr. Ortiz and the company have engaged in deceptive marketing practices, and high-pressure sales tactics by which they enticed us to purchase "rush installation" of new flooring, even going so far as to having us execute a waiver of our right to cancel the contract. Ortiz and the company secured a hefty down-payment for the "rush installation" "guaranteed" installation date, and manipulated us into signing an adhesion contract on a small electronic tablet, directing us to copy, by hand, the text of a pre-drafted document waiving a 3 day cancellation in exchange for quicker installation. This is outrageous! We want a full refund
So many home repairs and improvements are accomplished by their providers based solely on their schedules. National Floors Direct works completely differently, around their customers' schedules. We had no problem with them agreeing to be here when we needed them to be and the entire job was completed in the window we needed it to be as well just like we were told it would be.
It is with complete certainty that I say their team of installers is the best around. They worked with a great amount of speed and efficiency and the job was executed to perfection. Their skill at their craft was matched by their professionalism and friendliness. They work clean. They left zero mess for us to deal with and did not exit without confirming we were completely satisfied.
The number one reason why we use the professionals from Nation Floors Direct for all of our flooring needs was that their installers, unlike another place we used, were all respectful gentlemen especially in regards towards my two teenage daughters that like to watch.
Hands down would recommend National Floors Direct to anyone looking for any type of flooring. If there is something you want and they don't have, I assure you with straight confidence that they will bend over to get it especially for you.
After having some water damage done to our laminate flooring we decided to have some new flooring installed by National Floors Direct. They were punctual and very transparent with pricing and what to expect. They came out and did a perfect job with the installation and were kind to our house.
National Floors Direct Stole My Money!
National floors came to my house to provide an estimate for vinyl tile floors because there was a flood in my basement. I was given a quote, which I realize now was very high, but I decided to go with it because I was assured by the salesman, Michael, that I had 3 days to cancel if I should change my mind. I gave him a check for a $1,500 down payment. Soon after, another floor company told me no one should touch the floors because I have asbestos tiles and it would be a danger to my family and the workers. Why didn't National Floors mention that asbestos tiles must be removed before work can be done on my floors? Well, because they just wanted the MONEY and could care less about my family and their workers. BTW, Consumer Affairs later told me that, "National Floors does not use LICENSED professionals." They outsource all their work to whoever they deem can get it done quickly. I had to mail a written cancelation letter to National Floors. The salesman told me all I had to do was call to cancel but that was a LIE.
However, I mailed the cancellation letter after 2 days, well within my 3 day cancellation period. I called National Floors for an update on my refund. First thing I noticed is I could her Natl Floor Reps in the background telling customers they could not get a refund. I figured they must be outside the 3 day cancellation period. At first, the National Floors Rep said I mailed my cancellation letter too late. I told her I have a return receipt that shows the date it was mailed and it was definitely on time. Long story short, they kept telling me to call back and putting me on hold for hours at a time. After 30 days I called the National Floors rep again and said by NY state law you have to give me my refund because it's been more than a month since I sent a cancellation letter. The Rep says Management has declined to give you back your $1,500 down payment. National Floors never did any work in my house! Not a single tile was laid. Yet, they felt entitled to steal my hard earned cash. These people are CROOKS. Nothing they say is true! They do not give REFUNDS under any circumstances and what they did is CRIMINAL! I am starting legal proceedings that I do not really have time for but this is ROBBERY, plain and simple! Use anyone but National floors if you don't want to get robbed.
This is the 2nd time we used NFD and enjoyed both experiences. From the sales process to the installation was great. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because the seam is visible, but all in all the room and stairs are beautiful. We would use NFD again.
When we recently opened our first business National Floors Direct was the one and only company I reached out to help with our flooring. They also did our home so I knew the quality of work they provided. I will always come here whenever I need any sort of flooring services.
I honestly came here because I've heard good things about the quality of their flooring. Of course, I want a good price but not at the cost of quality. I want something that will last for many years to come. I, without a doubt, found that with National Floors Direct.
Buyer Beware.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They do not take cards and of course that is something they don't tell you until you have agreed and are ready to pay. I scheduled to have my floors done on June 11 and was just told TODAY (June 8) that I now have to wait until August 7 to have my floors done. There was no apology or any sort of remorse for the inconvenience and when I asked for a refund I was told that since it had been more than three days that the order could not be cancelled.
There was no mention of the fact that I waived the 3-Day Cancellation option BECAUSE I was told that they were ordering the material as soon as possible and needed to ensure that I wouldn't cancel now that they had made the order.
I paid nearly $1000 as a deposit (through Cashapp) because who still uses checks in 2021 or just keeps thousands of dollars in cash at the ready. So they get to keep my money until they decide to either give me a refund or do my floors. They also mentioned on their site that they price match any other written offer by 15% or it's free... One guess to if they actually honored that.
They are very rude on the phone to the point of mocking and hang up when you demand to speak to a manager. I have absolutely no interest in doing any business with them.
Find another company, the headache isn't worth it.
Update: I finally got a refund after I agreed to delete all of my complaints and reviews; something that the FTC literally sanctioned them for, the proof is on their BBB page. The refund check was for the incorrect amount but I would rather eat glass than spend any more hours of my life on the phone with this garbage company. I think it's very suspicious that nearly every good review they have on Trust Pilot has an "Invited" check rather than a "Verified" check. Do with that what you will.
Who needs a middle man when you can by direct from an establishment like NFD? I suppose if you had money to burn that would be an option. Personally speaking we did not and the savings we enjoyed here were put to good use. My spouse is going to laugh at me for adding this but I have to say how beautiful the cut and loop pile we chose is.
