I've ordered from them 3 times and each time the items came on time and as described. Not sure why there's so many bad reviews. I've never tried phoning their customer service but I have emailed them and they respond REALLY quickly. As in within the hour sometimes. Their customer service via email is fantastic. I had to exchange two items because they were the wrong size and I received my refund in 4 days.

I actually saw a 25% discount on First Purchase on one of the websites. It also said that it worked just 2 hrs. Ago.
For some reason It did not work for me so I contacted the customer service over email and she wrote, " if you place your order we can refund the 25% difference."
So, I went ahead and ordered it and informed her with my order#. No response. I waited over night and still was not discounted. So I called the customer service and even talked to the Nastygal supervisor, even though, one of their CS told me specifically that they would give me 25% discount. The Supervisor didn't do $#*!. So i cancelled the order and they were quick to cancel my order! Very DISAPPOINTED! They apparently don't care to get new customers!
I rated it meh cuz I had no problems with my orders from them in the past. They had always been great to Canadian consumers by declaring a lower value on the declaration form. But on my recent order, for some reason, they didn't do things like they usually do, and I got wacked with $97.16 in customs duties. Ffffffffffffffff. And now they no longer offer free shipping for orders $50 or more to Canada. It's only free shipping if you order $150 or more. Booooo! If you want to gain more Canadian customers, it would be nice if you offered USPS Priority or USPS First Class Mail like you used to offer before.
I had complications with my order, but the customer support was very helpful, and I got my order on time :)
I've had 22 orders at Nastygal since 08/16/2012 and they have been an awesome store.
They are a little pricey but have high quality items.
Two packages was lost in this period, but I had choosed a non trackable shipping method and the goods was lost probably in Brazil.
When I comunicated the issue to Nastygal they immediatly sent me an email offering me a full refund for the goods and shipping costs. They simply paid me what I was spent, with no need to send them lots of emails requesting that.
I have only cheers for Nastygal and highly recommend this store.
I placed two orders right after Christmas during the huge sale. I found tons of great jewelry pieces, an amazing hat, several cute blouses, and other items all for under $200 - some of them were in the new section as well! I read through these reviews after I had placed my order and was very nervous - the stories of late/no delivery/hidden fees sounded like a real nightmare!
However, I was delightfully surprised. My packages arrived two days before they were supposed to with everything in there. Every single item fits great and were true to the sizing chart. I live in the US and was able to take advantage of the free shipping and I also noticed they didn't charge me any tax - however, I placed the order when I was in NYC (I don't know if that makes a difference... there's no sales tax for clothes there, but there is in NC).
Great deals, great styles, great experience.
I live in Toronto, Canada, and i ordered some necklaces and a long skirt from nastygal.com. First off, i had to wait about 1 month before I received my order, and since i wasnt home I had to pay extra money at the post office eventhough i already paid Shipping and Handling. Secondly, when i finally did get my stuff, 2 out of the 3 necklaces that i bought were broken, and the sewing of the skirt was all wrong, one of the pockets was sewed to the bottom of the skirt. Because i waited more than 1 month to receive my package, i just threw the stuff in the garbage and lost about $60 and 1 month of waiting, it would have taken them another 3 months to send me the right stuff and more money if i were to send it back, so i didnt even waste my time. That was my first and last time shopping on nastygal.com, and I would never recommend this store to anybody who is trying to do some online shopping. Hopefully this will help anybody who is a shopaholic like me, ITS NOT EVEN WORTH THE TROUBLE, there are wayy better sites and stores out there.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! The customer service associated with this site is a nightmare. I will never ever ever ever deal with them again. I am on hold right now. I have been on hold for over 1hr and 20 minutes. They obviously don't care about their customers AT ALL.
I ordered a couple of tops and a pair of shoes using USPS Priority delivery to the UK. After waiting 10 days I looked at the tracking form and noticed my parcel was being held for 'payment charges'. I eventually found out that I had to pay an extra £96.84 on top of what I had paid for the items AND delivery. This was a customs duty and import VAT which the website does not tell you how much it can come to. I would NEVER recommend this website to any overseas customers.
I dont know, all of you are complaining about the shipping, but Ive ordered more then 5 times, and the order gets to me so fast, MY FAVORITE SHIPPING. If the clothing seem cheap, you cant blame them, they aren''t the makers. Before I order anything I look it up and see the photos of others wearing it. I love love love love it, and if I was tiny and rich, this would be a playground.
This is a horrible e commerce website. They have lovely clothes that are overly priced and they screw you over if you return your clothes or exchange it for a different size. The refund took me over a month!
They dont value their customers time and money.

This is such a ridiculous website and I have had enough of it that it is not even worth anymore of my anger or time and effort to write a review of which would be essay worthy. All I can say is, they obviously like to make a large profit and mess customers about. Don't even get me started on it, I could rant for ages
The overall aesthetic is slut and whore, but nonetheless they sell some Cheap Monday items and some oversize tops/sweaters/jackets from time to time. I ordered an anorak and it was pretty bad quality. The front plackets did not lie flat, and the inside kept popping out because it was not lined or properly sewn to stay down. Impossible to iron.
Then I ordered a Cheap Monday bra and underwear. They charged me for both items but did not ship right away then I found out the bra was not available. They sent me the underwear but did not release the PayPal hold on the total amount on my account, which ended up costing me over an hour of time on the phone with PayPal to get back what I was charged for a non-existent bra that said it was available at the time of my order.
I also ordered a sweater which was supposed to be oversize. They had the model wearing an M/L but lied and said it was S/M. Also their models are always tugging and pulling at the clothes to hide their flaws. The sweater (Haven knit) had an oval shape in the front knitted in a different pitch from the rest that just protruded and looked horrible. The sweater smelled so I hand washed it, lay it flat and it smells even worse like a dirty animal - so gross.
I wrote to them and they did not write back.

They have a great selection of fun items, but it seems to me they spend way too much time Instagramming in Paris and bragging about being "Nasty Gals" (so demeaning) and not enough time doing their jobs.
I returned one of my two shoe purchases, and it was received by them on Sept 25th. TWO WEEKS later it still had not been processed, so I called and was told they were behind & it would be processed "the following week". Which it was... sort of. My order status updated, but guess what? No money. A full week from it being "processed" I called again and asked where my funds were. Because they had just moved their warehouse (which, I understand is a legit excuse for the physical processing to be delayed, but should have NOTHING to do with financials) she stated it would be another week before funds were returned. I said I wasn't okay with this and wanted to speak with someone else. She kindly put me only hold and returned saying my money would be put back on my card today. Thanks, but... it shouldn't have taken that much harassment to get my money back... a month to process a return is not right!
And considering the reviews regarding this matter are pretty consistent, warehouse move or not, maybe they should change their FAQ's that state returns will take a week...
For this being the first time ordering from Nasty Gal, let me just say my experience has been horrible. I placed an order sometime after midnight and realized I should have ordered a size down. So I called the minute they opened that following morning to make the change as quickly as possible. I was told my order had already shipped? Okay well that was fast but my fault from the beginning for not ordering the right size. Whatever, I was okay with that and waited for my package. I never got a notification that it shipped until the following day though, so I definitely felt I was lied to due to most company's notifying you the day of. I received my package, and yes I needed the size down so I promptly sent back my item. My tracking number told me it got to the location within only 2 days. However after waiting a week and receiving no notification of my return I was worried and called. They told me they have been very busy and it was probably just sitting at their warehouse with a bunch of other returns and it might take 2 weeks instead of 1 week to process this. Um okay. So finally 12 days after my item had been received at Nasty Gal, they sent me an e-mail saying it was returned. But the wait doesn't stop there. Their website states the return will be refunded with in 2-3 business day (as our banks may take that long to post them). Well it's been over 5 days, my bank has not posted this nor knows anything about this refund coming through, and so I call Nasty Gal and I was told that they are unsure as to why I received this e-mail because, in fact, my item is still "processing" and has not even been returned yet! Are you kidding me? As of now I am still waiting to receive my money back from this purchase due to the many faults of Nasty Gal. Oh and the customer service reps take forever to get a hold of - I had to leave messages and was told I'd be called back due to their "overwhelming" returns. No one called me back though, I called about 5-6 times until I could finally speak with someone. Not surprised at all that so many people are returning their stuff. This site sucks and it's a shame that even though their clothes are cute I will not be going through this process again. I will shop elsewhere.
I placed an order from Canada and received an order confirmation. I was excited to get my order to wear to a party that was three weeks away. I chose express shipping to guarantee my order arrives on time. I never received a shipping confirmation, only an order confirmation. My money was refunded, no reason was given. I emailed them several times and received no response. I called them but could not wait it out on hold. I googled around and assumed that they yet again sold something they do not have in stock, and they did not inform the customer of this. I was extremely disappointed because this seemed like a legitimate business - and this behaviour is a scam.
I returned a few items that did not fit me. By the way, they run SUPER small and inconsistent. The website says they will refund you within 7 days of receiving your items... it has been close to 20. I tracked my package and they have confirmed that they even received it, but still i have no credit on my card... I am over this and I want my money back!
I loved nasty gal so much i wanted to write about it on a website so more people know about it! First the clothes are so cute but like most people i cant afford. So i only shop on the sale part. I just received a lot of clothes and i couldnt be happier! It looked even better in person than on the website! I love nasty gal so much and cant wait to order from it again!
CAVEAT EMPTOR. (buyers beware for those Latin nerds out there.) I am writing this because I am a person who believes in improving companies, especially those who seem to have potential. So far, my experience with Nasty Gal has been regretful. Out of the $360 dollars I spent two days ago on clothes I was very excited about only two items came out to be reasonable for their price and quality wise. That was the bra-lette and a lace shirt. One of my items was cancelled, unbeknownst WHY because online it says they are still available. When I contacted customer service, I was greeted with someone much less than friendly, who refused to provide me help besides helping me "re-order" the product, a task I could simply fulfill myself. But I am glad this item got cancelled because it is one less thing I need to return. The other dresses I was very excited about turned out to look nothing like what they do online, even before I put them on. Bottom line my experience wasnt satisfactory. The quality for the price was terrible; I could find better quality at Forever 21 for 1/4 the price. I am so upset with this company, and so annoyed at the fact that I spent so much money, and honestly it was just crap. I will not be shopping here in the future, and I've already told my friends who were excited about the "collection" to forget it. But, on a lighter not, I do wish the company good luck in the future. Maybe if they were less focused on their indie-$#*! "image" and put some thought into the clothes and the customers, they would be very successful.
I ordered a pair of shoes from Nasty Gal. They shipped it on June 18, according to the USPS tracking info. There was no update to the USPS tracking info for a week. On June 24, they processed my 'return'. Except, I never received my order in the first place, so how could I return it? I contacted them twice and received two prompt but extremely unhelpful replies, offering no explanation as to why this occurred. Will not shop at again. Too bad for them, I spend a lot of money on clothes.
Answer: A. Anyone that is an International Customer does experience custom fees, which is a bummer. But, at check out you are notified of this information.

Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
