They charged me double what I paid for an item in customs for shipping to Canada from US for a sale item, so I ended up paying a total of $100. The item itself was under &30. Rip off! I could not contact customer service; no one would pick up ever. Nastygal is so shady... I will never order from here again. Also the item turned out to be so cheap in material and looked nothing like the pictures on the site.
The clothes are well-made, stylish, and the customer service is very helpful. Would recommend to any person with a quirky, vintage style!
Purchased something and returned it back before nasty gal was bought out. Of course they only gave store credit so i still had money in my account. A few months later and all previous nastygal accounts are lost ALONG WITH MY STORE CREDIT. Thats $52 gone because they cant keep track of their old customers. Terrible organization never buying here again.
I paid for two day shipping and I never got my order in time. I left on holiday and when I got back the order still hadn't arrived (it had been 5 days by then) so I emailed customer service and they said they needed at least "5 days to contact the courier" just to see what was going on. At this point I was LIVID. I had no time for them to sit and waste so I opened a dispute with american express (THANK GOD) and within a DAY American Express got me A REFUND. I got an email from Nasty Gal THE DAY AFTER I OPENED THE DISPUTE saying that they're sorry that my package had gotten lost in the mail and they could give me a refund or resend the package. Funny how fast they were able to get me a refund with American Express on my side, when a day before they said they needed 5 days just to get info from the courier. So I ended up getting my refund - but let me tell you if I had not used my American Express card I bet I would still be out $200. So I got lucky. I don't know what the deal is with this company but their service is horrible. I was a regular shopper there until this incident - can't believe they tried to pull one on me and make me wait 5 days just to check with a courier WHEN THEY HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. It's their responsibility and they don't own up to it. Avoid if you can.

I've shopped at NastyGal multiple times and every time, I receive my items in great condition and great quality.
Returns are easy and no hassle.
Clothing is cheap trash just like the company and customer service. I've had over $90 worth of stuff (that i had to pay $20 to ship back in the domestic US) in "returns" for almost 2 months now. Nothing has been received and when i emailed all i got was their 28 bull$#*!. Report to the BBB. They're not issuing returns and making it impossible to try and make back money. DO NOT PURCHASE OR YOU'LL REGRET IT.
I ordered from Nasty Gal for the first time recently. My package took incredibly long to get to me. For the price of these clothes, I expected way more. The quality of all the clothes I bought are terrible and almost all the items are see-through. I expected way more from Nasty Gal since I've heard good things about it online and from other media outlets. I will not be ordering from here ever again, in fact... I am sending some of the items back because they are so cheaply made. I don't advise anyone to shop here.

I made a order from the Nastygal website anf a couple items didn't workout... sent my return with my order number and still no refund. I never had this problem with Nastygal website before. But Im reading all these post they are scaming people and not return there money. I dont understand how this is legal. I will not order from them again but i still want my REFUND... order number GUS******* I wish I knew... Nasty Gal declares bankruptcy and Was bought out by BooHoo, they are scaming people.

I used to be a huge fan of NastyGal, but slowly, the customer service declined. Now, under Boohoo, the selection of clothing just isn't like what it was before. The style isn't NastyGal. NastyGal's clothing now just looks like Boohoo's under a new name. I am hugely disappointed in the loss of the brand's originality, it just isn't what it was before.
AS everyone else has said, they are in financial difficulty and not shipping any orders just taking money, avoid at all costs (pardon the pun)
In the early days, Nasty Gal was cutting edge and delivered products you couldn't get anywhere else. Unfortunately they tried to scale too big and too fast by taking in too much outside VC money and went bust. As a customer, you could feel the growing pains as the quality of clothing went down, customer service lagged, and it just never was able to recapture the original magic of what made this company so successful to begin with.
I ordered on 25 of april a pair of pink shoes, a blue skirt, earrings and a red jumper for 84.79. We are now the 23 of june and I still didn't get my delivery!
I emailed them about it a million time, but they keep ignoring it.

Nssty gal was great before Boo Hoo took over. The clothes are low quality and refunds take a month. I will never buy from them again.
Waited for my order for 3 weeks only to find out i had receive 2 swimsuit bottoms with no tags. I ordered a set, so now i have to pay for the return because they sent me the wrong item? WHAT EVER HAPPEN TO THE OLD NASTY GAL COSTUMER SERVICE. Site and company is garbage!
Like so many on this thread, I too was a long time nasty gal shopper. I knew they were having economic trouble and when I saw on the website they were doing 40% off your entire order I figured it was because they were liquidating inventory to go out of business. I bought a few things- paid the extra dollar for "expedited" shipping, and then waited 2 weeks to receive my order. When I got the shipping confirmation e mail that said it was from boohoo it started to make sense. I had forgotten that boohoo had bought nastygal. I was immediately bummed bc boohoo's clothes are garbage. Sure enough once I finally received my order only one thing from the lot was worth wearing. Everything else was the most mis-sized, cheapest material I have ever felt. One of the skirts literally felt like it would light on fire if too much friction happen upon wearing it. Total trash. I had to pay around $20 to send it back which was infuriating. My tracking receipt says I sent it back on May 9th 2017 and I just got the e mail today (June 21st 2017) that they received my return and issued my refund.
I will never ever ever shop with "nastygal" ever ever again!
Used to be cool, edgy, accessible when Sophia was there. Now it's just another would-be-trendy place to pay high prices for not-that-special items.
I was a LONGGG time customer of Nastygal and I just want to warn everyone-do not order from them anymore! The quality of the clothes has completely changed and gone downhill, to the point it seems like a scam.
They will also not issue your refund, unless you acquire proof (aka receipt) that you sent it back AND you'll have to hound them relentlessly.
Do yourself a favor, and just don't!

Answer: I never ordered Anything from this company, they got my debt card # and just started to Take funds out of my acc. That is how they got caught, I would NEVER order anything from them! Be very careful if you do.
