Not Bad Not Great

I went on Nasty Gal bc they are running a promotion everything 50% off. I ordered shoes, a shirt and a dress. It shipped way faster than the expected ship time so that was a plus. The shoes and shirt fit great. The only issues I had was the dress was supposed to be black even said black on the tag but it was most definitely navy (which I don't actually mind I will still wear the dress) but just thought it was odd that the pictures online and the tags said black and clearly it was navy like a light navy. The material is a bit cheap. I wouldn't buy anything from here if it weren't on sale. Also, for everyone saying that the clothes are small of course they are going to be, they are in UK sizes and coming from the UK. I would always order a size larger than your American size. Also, it is way easier to shrink big clothes than get too small clothes and deal with the returns. Just a thought!

Bad quality

I never ever write reviews, but I thought this was a necessary one.
First of all nasty gal does not offer free shipping and returns.
Secondly the quality of their clothes is extremely low. The fit is beyond weird. And their sizing is off. (Their L t-shirts fit like an S)
I ordered 20 pieces of clothes which i all had to send back. The clothes are NOT like the pictures on their site.

Never ordering here again.

Add me to the list of people that got screwed when BooHoo bought Nasty Gal. I had almost $200 store credit in my account and that is gone! They are telling me that if I can provide a screenshot of my store credit then they'll give me a voucher. WHY WOULD I HAVE TAKEN A SCREENSHOT OF MY STORE CREDIT? Who does that on the regular? Should I really be afraid that a company is just going to randomly steal it from me? Well I guess I am now. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM NASTY GAL. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT MAINTAINING GOOD WILL WITH THEIR CUSTOMER BASE. I really hope the amount of people they have screwed over with this store credit scandal will damn their business. But of course it won't, and that's why they can get away with it. If I've ever believed in anti-consumerism this is solidifying it.

Please save yourself the time of ordering anything from them. They avoid refunding your returns at all costs, essentially stealing everyone's money, absolute waste of time and effort. ALSO clothing sizes are so off it's not funny.

The link to unsubscribe does not work. I have written to them via email to inform Nasty Girl that the link does not work, and asking to unsubscribe me, and I recieved an email instructing me to use the unsubscribe link in promotional emails... the one that does not work! And they know it doesn't work because I told them it doesn't.

1 month and 3 weeks for refund to arrive. No way to get in touch with them other than sending them an email that they will not respond to. Really sad because I like small businesses but this is just not how customers should be treated.
One of the worst customer service experience I ever had.

I have written a review on here that I shouldn't have written but at the time was true. I ordered about 7 pieces of clothing and returned 2. I paid for the shipping to have it sent back but for a long time they claimed that they have not received it which made me angry and believe that I now lost my $45, the clothing, and the shipping. Although, recently I have received an email that my $45 will be refunded to my account and I am very satisfied. The clothing is nice so I probably will purchase from here again but make sure to get a signature card at the post office to ensure that they got your package and you're not being lied to about your package missing! Super important! Good luck shopping, gals!

I read these reviews before making my purchase on Nasty Gal and I was like these people come here just to say bad things, people who loved their purchase won't come here to post, so I ordered from Nasty Gal. BIG MISTAKE. They sent me a damaged dress that was the wrong size on top of it with a huge stain on the front. Now they want me to pay to ship it back! Why should I have to pay for their mistakes?!?

I purchased a few dresses and the quality is shocking low. A white dress was rough and see through, nothing like the picture online. They only gave me store credit. But their stocks are so horrible that I couldn't find anything for the longest time. Now I want to just spend my credit but to find out they deleted my account and lost my store credit because of the takeover. The new owner doesn't have any customer information. This is total BS. Why would the new owner not check the store credit, return policy. They just deleted my account without any customer communication. I emailed their customer services several times but they only sent me a cut and paste response. They kept asking me to send them proof. Why would I save my emails if I thought my account has all the information and my credit there. They just didn't want to work with me. This should be a class action law suit. How can they take people's money and said they don't have any record? Don't ever buy from this dishonest company. This company should be shut down before anyone get hurt again.

I sent back two returns in July and still haven't received a refund. They have no internal tracking system and the responsibility on me to provide photos of the labels (lol). Luckily, I had tracking numbers (I paid for return shipping) showing receipt. Oh, and the merchandise is inferior!
Stay far away!

Don't buy from them

I should have listened to other reviews on here, but items more than a month ago and still waiting on return - had to spend $18 mailing it back to them when they tout "free returns" and now THEY don't know where my items are that I sent back.
Should not have to send them a photo of the postage receipt and all this crap.
Not worth your time

Would buy again!

I ordered my clothing and I had regretted it after seeing all the horrible reviews. I thought I was gana get ripped off but I received my package as soon as it said it would be here! My clothing was pretty good! I was happy wth my order and I would say I would order again!

Do not order from them! Quality is soooo bad on some items and there's no way to get your money back. If you do send something back, KEEP THE POST OFFICE RECEIPT. They will not refund your money if you don't show proof. Some may call this a rookie mistake but by the looks of it, they screw you over purposefully. No way to get in contact, no phone, email responses are generic and not personalized. Just don't risk it

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a bathing suit from nasty gal. It ended up being to small so I returned it. I didn't hear anything from them for over a month. I emailed them. They said they haven't received the item in the warehouse yet but in the return policy, it says it only takes a few business days. When they emailed me back they said I needed to send them a picture of my return slip and receipt from the postal service. Good thing I kept both. After that, they said they would finally refund me but they only refunded me for the actual bathing suit and not the 10$ I paid for shipping. Plus I paid 3$ to send the bathing suit back even though their return policy says free returns. I'm still waiting for my refund after a week of them telling me they would refund me in a few days. I will NEVER order from nasty gal again. Money doesn't come easy for most so I basically should have cut up 13$ and put it in the trash. Waste of time, emails and most of all money. Thanks for nothing nasty gal.

If I could have given ZERO STARS I WOULD. I made an order with nasty gal TWICE! The first time I never received my package. I thought maybe someone in the postal service may have taken it. I tried AGAIN! This time it was "DELIVERED" and someone "signed" but I live in a private house and no one was home so who signed? I reached out to customer service which is HORRIBLE they have no number to contact ONLY EMAIL! The email stated that they can not do anything about my stolen package because it was delivered to the location. They did not try to help in anyway. I was immediately shut down. I am disappointed and very sadden that this is the type of way they treat their customers! I told ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NEVER SUPPORT THAT PIECE OF $#*! OF A STORE! I'm very disappointed this website needs to be shut down they don't deserve to be in business they have not the slightest idea on how it works. DONT USE YOUR HARD OWN MONEY GIVING IT TO THIS BUSINESS TAKE IT ELSEWHERE. IM SO UPSET!

Disappointed

I was so excited to get my order from this store. I picked out some seriously adorable items and when the package came I was beyond upset. First of all, the quality is horrendous. It's literally the worst quality ever! In addition, the sizing and fitting of the items is so off. I got a t-shirt that looked so cute online and when it came not only was the quality bad but so was the fitting of the shirt. The sleeves of two of the t-shirts that I got are just so horribly fitted and it looks really bad on. Their sweaters aren't too bad, but once again the quality is a huge turn off. Overall, I don't think I would recommend this shop to anybody. If you're thinking of ordering, I don't think you should waste your time. The package did come in time, but I will be returning most of the items that I ordered. Hopefully, the return process goes by smoothly. I don't think ordering from here is a good idea folks, so save your time and money, believe me!

Unbelievable. I purchased size 5. I received my shoes today and not only were they not size 5; I received two different sizes. I'm shocked. How does one mess that up?!
