I was a loyal Namecheap customer for 5 years, until I needed help from customer service. Namecheap refuses to help me despite a glitch on their side, they keep charging me. They refuse to give me a refund despite my numerous emails and messages to them several months prior requesting cancellation. I have two domains, I changed my company name, canceled the first domain service (did not want autopay), yet they keep charging me and refuse to refund me and now want to CHARGE ME ADDITIONAL FEES! I have been battling with them for months. They won't help the customer to save their name, they don't want to create fans of us, instead they're harassing me and keep fighting with me, and now they're threatening me with additional charges! Namecheap is the WORST, so greedy! DO NOT go with them, you will be sorry later.
