I would have liked to have a notice telling me about being contacted before automatic renewal. I would have liked clarity about the check-in box for "confirmation." I would have liked clarity about why with automatic renewal a check-off box for Premium DNS is checked off, and whether that involves a new cost.

I am a senior citizen with little or no computer experience. When giving directions it should be in layman's terms, simple to the point. I could not really understand what the answer to my question was so I gave up and went to bed.
Could not get anybody over the phone
The free domain pricing when adding web hosting is bugged. Changing a setting removes the free domain pricing, and cannot be undone except by removing and re-adding hosting plan. Followup optional.
