AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I PURCHASED AN EMAIL SERVICE TO ATTACH TO MY WIX ACCOUNT. THE SERVICE DIDN'T WORK AS DESCRIBED AND THE EMAILS WOULD NOT PASS SPAM FILTERS DESPITE ME FOLLOWING EVERY STEP CORRECTLY AND SPENDING MULTIPLE HOURS ONLINE WITH THEIR SUPPORT STAFF. I USED THIS SERVICE FOR 3 DAYS (AND PAID FOR A FULL YEAR), BUT THEY ARE NOW REFUSING ME A FULL REFUND DESPITE ME SENDING LOTS OF EVIDENCE TO SHOW THAT THEIR SERVICE ISN'T WORKING AS DESCRIBED.

I launched my first website with their WP hosting. Had an unknown error loading the page & WP agent from my home network. I spent hours in chat with them and they assured me it was a local issue with my ISP. When I finally launched, turned out no one from my country could load the site. After some more hours with their support, I transferred everything to another hosting provider and no issues there at all. Namecheap wouldn't refund anything from what I paid them despite not being able to provide the hosting properly (you know, in a way that people could actually see my website). They also intimidate and fine to avoid people disputing charges with PayPal... A disgrace of a company!
When you migrate your email address to Namecheap, you'll find a good chunk of your emails suddenly get sent to spam folders - even to recipients that have regularly received your emails for months and years. Customer service says, sorry you're out of luck, no refunds and you're stuck for the remaining 10 months of the 12 months you paid for. Avoid this plague of a company.

I don't recommend them. They offer you a price then they will tell you that price is wrong due to a technical issue. You should be careful and use more trusted and safe websites not them of course. They did not even try to make a generous offer for disappointing a possible client. Not recommended for sure
This company doesn't appear to be concerned about fraud sites stealing user funds. Been working to shut down connectwallethub(dot)online for over a week now and it's still live. Even McAfee and others are displaying warnings not to enter the site but namecheap continues to host it. Time to shut the site down namecheap and don't allow it to steal peoples hard earned assets!

I have an easywp starter plan unfortunately this plan has the cache locked so i cannot optimize my website speed, my gtmetrix and google page are very low. So i asked them for a refund because i wanted to move to the shared plan. They said no because the 30 days passed. These people are really cheap minded i want to move to a more expensive plan of them but they do not want refund me the previous. Im asking a refund for the limitation that easywp has and speed cannot be impoved!. Do not by anything from them!

SUPER BAD, SUPER BAD & SUPER BAD domain registrar. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IMMEDIATELY NOW & FOREVER.
Their API is full of errors, contains tons of real time errors, support chats needs at least 1 hour with 3 sessions to understand what is issue. While they always require verification for each chat to fix their API errors only.
Stop using them and stay away ASAP.

In my opinion I would say Namecheap are way ahead of their competitors such as Godaddy or Host Gator, Hostinger and I would even add Bluehost. For a start there are really no hidden costs, they are straight up and offer plenty of free add ons for your hosting unlike Bluehost where you end up at your Cart with lots of addons in the basket and a price that's gone way past what they were offering.
The customer service is excellent and are always there to help with problems.
I have transferred a domain and WordPress to them which they migrated for free and both went with out any problems at all.
Not sure why people give them a bad rap probably because they haven't got a clue how to navigate their user friendly dashboard or cPanel so they ask too much, then complain. I've seen things like they wouldn't give me a refund, which is nonsense, or my site was down for a few seconds I mean get real.
The customer service is great with personal emails even, and the hosting is pretty speedy depending on your package. They also offer plenty of free certs and apps that other hosts make you pay for.
Don't believe all the negative feedback. They are a great company that are getting better and better and well worth giving a try.

After speaking with a support representative on 11/19/2029, he (Mugilan Devanesan) told me to get in contact with security management. How can I get in contact with security management if I can not access my account? I have physical copies of all my receipts and support text conversations. I purchase my second domain on 10/18/2020 for 1 year, and will continue to try to access to my account. I have consulted with a lawyer.
