First of all, when I bought the domain I didn't receive the confirmation email on time, and when I wanted to click on my account was locked for almost a week.
Second, I asked to know what my domain was, due to when I accessed to the web site mi domain says one thing that is different from my user name, and I don't have any response so far.
Terrible service.
It's probably just a me thing, but when it came to doing the domain connecting thing - the DNS records and MX whatever... I was terrified.
I didn't understand where to go on my website or what to do.
Fortunately, my son is a software developer. He and I did a Zoom screen share thing and he helped me navigate through all the steps. It was still terrifying AF to delete behind the scenes coding stuff, but it all worked out.
I will say that Namecheap's chat customer service is quick and patient and helpful!
For me though, Without the screenshare tech support - I probably would still not have my custom domain email set up...
But again - that's a "me thing" being so overwhelmed and scaredy cat technophobe.
