Only 2 reminders over 3 months to renew a domain name? Would like to have had some more. Especially towards the end of the renewal period. I had only 7 days left and the last one was send to me 2 weeks ago. I though there used to get more of them last year.?

Except that I did not receive the correct message about my payment the first time trying to order all went well. I do suggest a "continue shopping" option from the cart though.
I'm still a little unclear on a couple of things, but feel that the customer service is excellent and have no doubt all will work out.

I have used both Goddady and Namecheap services. I would recommend you to use Namecheap. It's fast to buy a domain and customer support is also fast and good compare to Godaddy.
When I bought a domain at Godaddy, my account was locked after 2 days without reasons. I sent ticket and wait more than a day for respond. And the their respond is not related to my ticket.
