I recently purchased a product - email addresses with my own domain that I purchased a few days earlier. I am then expected to set up the DNS, which I have no idea how it works. I followed you step by step instructions, yet I STILL HAVE NO ACCESS TO ANY EMAILS THAT I PAID FOR! I was asked to contact the domain company, and they have not returned any of my emails, and I cannot move forward without this information. How on earth am I supposed to buy a product, but then need to contact another company to even set up my product. I asked about a refund, and was told, the company will do it at its sole discretion. I feel like this qualifies for a refund?!
