The directions on how to set up a mailbox were very confusing to me. I had to contact online support twice in a 24 hour period to get help in how to do it. I would suggest that you have a look at them with someone who knows nothing about such things and have them point out the inconsistencies. Online support felt cold and robotic. I had to re-ask the same question more than once. Because I was able to resolve the matter I am satisfied. I just hope I have no further trouble in the future.

Only thing I don't like is that when you register a domain, before you host a website the page that comes up on internet when you type in the domain name looks bad with advertising for namecheap all over. Would be better to have something like a pretty picture and something saying "site in construction". Simple and stylish. Thanks, Rebecca
