I will recommend NACA to all first time home buyers as well as people that don't have a good credit score. NACA Provides a zero down payment and a no PMI with no closing costs. All you need to do is to be patients and make sure to upload all your documents then you good to go.
When I first heard about NACA program, I was a little skeptical about it. With 0 down payment, no credit check and no PMI it was unbelievable. I gave a try by attending the NACA workshop, got my NACA ID and upload all my requirements documents. I met Ms Gladys as my counselor who is really knowledgeable and patient. I recommend NACA to all my first time buyer or the people that struggling with their credit. If you can pay your rent on time and all other bills, you should be able to afford a mortgage payment.
NACA is an amazing organization! It really allows for people to become home owners and I am so blessed to be able to participate!

I have always dreamed of owning my own home. The NACA mortgage program is making it a reality for my family. My counselor, Miranda is very helpful in explaining the process and next steps. She always gives me a detailed action plan to help me in moving forward. I'm so grateful NACA is here to help my children and I to have a home of our own.
NACA is an amazing program. I am thankful for the process and information. I would recommend NACA to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.
I've heard that this process is very rigorous but council communication is TERRIBLE! Very discouraging
So far great experience with NACA Antonio Coronado is my counselor he has been very patient and informative with me through the process.
My Counselor Mark recently assisted me again to assess my qualification. He did a great job considering how busy they are with such a high ratio to serve. I appreciate NACA in this demanding market!
I had my first zoom meeting with Mr. Steven. He was very helpful! I highly recommend using them for purchasing a house.
NACA is an incredible program with an amazing history and mission. It is not an easy process but it is worth it. I am very grateful for programs like NACA. This program is a key to generational wealth and affordable housing. Thank you NACA.

I was able to attend the home buyers workshop. They shed lights on the processes involved. It was wonderful.
What an incredible journey it has been since attending the initial workshop! From the very beginning, I was captivated by the wealth of information provided, which has empowered me to become a much savvier house buyer. The workshop was truly eye-opening, equipping me with all the necessary knowledge to navigate the housing market with confidence.
I must admit that preparing all the required documents was a bit time-consuming and challenging at times, but I quickly realized that if I truly wanted to achieve my dream of owning a house, there was no room for excuses. I embraced the process wholeheartedly, and it has made all the difference.
If you find yourself making excuses or hesitating, I urge you to reconsider and take action. Joining NACA has been a game-changer for me. Since the first workshop, it has been a great experience. Informational to the point where I felt like I had all the knowledge I needed to make an educated decision about buying a home. For some, gathering all the required paperwork can be time-consuming, but if you truly want it, there will be no more justifications. Join NACA and stop making excuses. Join a group that is dedicated to helping you achieve your dream home.
NACA is a great program to purchase a home. No down payments, no closing cost, no PMI, and if qualified lower interest rate. We won't qualify for the lowered interest rate, but we hear that NACA offers lower interest rates on the average. What attracted us to NACA is the no closing and no PMI part of it. I think there is quite a saving to be attained by doing NACA. We attended the initial workshop at the end of last year and started filling out the NACA Form this past month. We found the workshop to be informative. Gathering documents to complete the form is arduous. We had our first counseling session last week but came back with a little bit more of a homework to tie up some loose ends. We are close to completing the additional documents we were asked to provide, we hope to meet the counselor and get approved. Even though, the qualification process is stringent, we think NACA is worthwhile for the value in saving it provides.
NACA is getting worse; requiring nonsense details or documents, want to control what you spend for eating and so, the worst part is NACA is requiring you to pay getting your employment data from Equifax. It's going too far. Am on the house search, however, I couldn't buy a house I am looking for because of NACA's ridiculous lengthy process. I can understand that why NACA exist at first place, but...
