To whom this may concern, I just want to say that Nicole Donald has been a fine resourceful and very helpful personnel in the NACA movement. I was very appreciated and very amazed really to see how helpful she was, and how patient she was and the type of this character it just makes me want to be of service in this great organization or influence was of such that I was moved with compassion to do the best that I can to follow in the example to help others or come in after her I want to think this organization.

The worst way to buy a house in America and the worst employee of a company ever…. I like to present the award for the most rude employee to M. Evans congratulations go screw yourself! This company never tell you that you can't rent out the house until you pay it fully off so you're stuck in it for 30 years and also you can't resell your house for 5 years. They cover not a penny of down payment so don't get hustled on the marketing headlines of this company. I have already bought a house via NACA and they suck! Go to hell

I heard of NACA through a friend that informed me NACA will help me by providing the down payment for my new home. I was eager to attend the seminar to start my journey. So far, I have attended the seminar and uploaded the required information which resulted in my first counseling session. The counseling session was very informative and helpful. Once I upload the additional information required, I will be moving to the next step of searching for a home.

This is a greet mortgage opportunity for me and other people. It is wise to work with them because they don't ask you to pay down payment and closing cost, but they require you great payment history and good saving hobbit. Also, the Counselor is very friendly and help full.

I'm super excited about naca's home purchase program, I've attended the meeting and I'm convince that they truly want to help me purchase a home. There is no free ride in any home purchase program, however, Naca is the best I've seen yet in helping low income people have a dream on day of home owership come true.

We have been working with NACA for a few months now and the experience has been great thus far. The counselor we have been assigned is knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. Not only has she helped us navigate through paperwork, but she has educated us along the way about the market and securing a mortgage loan.

The videos are so helpful. They make it so clear and easy to understand. Also, my counselor was fantastic, sweet, and extremely helpful. I would recommend NACA to whoever wants to be a house owner :)

I attended a webinar on June 24 at 9:00. It was not put together well and the downtime of waiting for someone to come back on the screen made me frustrated so I logged off. I tried to be patient but we were in the second hour and the presenters were on and off the screen. I'm going to try it again, but from some of the reviews, the document process seems just as prolonged.
