NACA is a wonderful program, I've been working towards buying a home and while it requires discipline and patience it is great to have someone help along the way!
I am currently in the process and it's and great to see your financial profile from a Birds Eye view. It's allowed me to re think what I want and what I'm Willing to do and or sacrifice in order to achieve certain goals. It's a test of patience yes but the what you get in the end if definitely worth it.
The help I receive from Antonio Colorado was exceptional, very explicit, helpful, and knowledgeable!
I started with NACA in 2019, and then the pandemic started, there was a long wait and uploaded alot of documents, and sometimes the same paperwork, I got very frustrated and now in 2023 its the same and I wanted to quit but this program has the best interest rates and everyone that I know that went through program advice me not to quick because in the end the mortgage rates with Naca is the best.
I have been working with NACA for a couple of months.when you get in to this program you have to be on top of your papers every month any time that your counselor need papers they need to be ready to be upload so far I never had a problem with my portal. I have my counselor and my real estate agent that Im working with They are great. They are always available every time that i have a question.
My family and I have hope in purchasing an affordable home through NACA. Our counselor Dwayne Jordan is very knowledgeable and helpful.
So I completed the purchase workshop today, this was really enlightening! I very much appreciate that the presenter was straight forward about the requirements and the real work involved. This process is not in the least passive - you need to work hard for this. But that goes for everything that is worth it.
We walked through the entire process, and I have a clear understanding of what I need to do moving forward. Really appreciated how open the presenter was and even stayed late to answer questions. Really excited to move forward with naca. #naca
Looking around at the world today, I was not sure if I would ever be able to purchase a home. A family member told me about Naca. I thought it was too good to be true, but signed up anyway. After the first session, I was completely blown away. The social justice that Naca has pushed as well as the ease of entry for new home buyers is astonishing.
This is not a simple mortgage program, this is a way of life. Naca has helped me to get my finances in order with effective and empathetic counseling. No shame here, just help. I am in the process of getting a home loan, and have nothing but good things to report so far. Anyone who is on the fence about Naca should absolutely just go for it! Work is required, but nothing worth having is ever easy. Thank you Naca!
I am still holding on to my NACA ID. When I first received my ID# I felt like I had a won a lottery number, this program has definitely been filled with ups and downs. I began this process in November 2019, became NACA qualified then Covid hit. Met my counselor via zoom, I know his name but as of today I cannot tell you what he looks like lol. I can also tell you he did a wonderful job, explaining the process to help me upgrade my status to housing search, this process will make you want to give up sometimes, but Don't! Just keep holding on. I am! March 2022. Now I am in housing search status! This status is not easy at All not because of NACA but because of housing market, your affordability is your affordability. I drive my mortgage counselor and realtor crazy sometimes, they won't admit it, but I know I do. During this process I have become discouraged and disappointed at times, but I am still holding on! I just keep telling myself " I Am Closing on my home before 2024!" Trust the process. Don't give up. Keep Holding on!
NACA has been a great resource and experience for myself and my family. This program is very informational, very helpful in so many ways. Gathering of knowledge for first time homebuyers. NACA has given me the confidence I needed. Please join NACA. They are for you and your family they are in your corner.
I love that NACA doesn't require what traditional lenders do for qualification. They truly offer great incentives! The program teaches you to build healthy habits to keep your home which is commendable. The home buying process with Naca takes some time but my counselor has been great.
SINCE DAY ONE, MY COUNSELOR HAS BEEN GREAT HELP THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS AND VERY EASY TO TALK TO. EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN GREAT! THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONALS
Currently going through the NACA process. Recently, switched counselors while going through qualification process. So far it's a blessing in disguise. Our new counselor is very hands on and keeps in touch with us multiple times a week to let us know what we need to move on to the next step. We are optimistic about the NACA program because they offer great benefits if you stick it out.
We have been working on home buying with Ms Tichi Eppes she is amazing, she is making the process as smooth as possible helping keep me pushing to reach our end goal as a first time home buyer.
My experience with my NACA counselor has been great. I have received clear information and they ask me for documents that I already have. The website has been easy to work on and understand and it states clearly what they expect from me. I like the checklist it is easy to understand and have had consistent contact with my counselor since I began the process.
I attended the NACA workshop and it was a very good class all the reps were very knowledgeable they were through on give specific with the details about the NACA
Program this program is a successful I'm all in.
I just completed my counseling with Antonio Conronado. He was very nice and easy to work with. He helped me gather all the needed paperwork and guided me on how to upload them onto the portal. I am very excited to work with NACA and I can't wait to finally own a home.
So far the process has been a very smooth transition due to Ms. Gladys Gutierrez. She is very patient and kind during the process so far. I hope to buy my dream home soon. So far I thank NACA for their continued support to answer all of my questions through email or phone calls. I recommend this program to anyone looking to purchase a home.
We are now in our 8th month of the process and we're very close to the finish line. Everyone has been so nice, even the CEO, Mr. Marks. My counselor has done a great job. Ms. Nicole Donald has been very efficient. She's explained everything step-by-step since she became our counselor. I'm overall excited about my experience with NACA.
I've been working with NACA for 8 months and I'm very close to the finish line. It's been a rocky road I've had 3 different counselors. My current counselor, Nicole Donald, is AWESOME! She's so professional and she responds to emails and voice mails very quickly. It's been great working with her. She's done more in this one month than the previous counselors combined. She's a 10 in my book. Truly grateful, Clyde Smith
I really dislike they make you give a report before the process is completed. I had a lady by the name of G.Washington assisting me with the process. As the process keep going the underwriter was denied my stuff when I had everything in the packet and anytime the counselor told me to fix something I did right away. It has beend a few months since I heard from them. I just want others people to know don't give up on your process. Do your part and find a new counselor. If not find a different program. BUT DONT GIVE UP

Answer: I decided to go with NACA because they don't consider your credit score and the counselors work with you to become qualified. NACA has made me more diligent with saving money by not spending on wants but needs. This method has strengthen my assets considerably. Also, because you have to volunteer your services as you see fit at least 5x a year which is great because you are giving back to the community. DEE in Far Rockaway
