Currently working to hopefully complete my approval by end of May 2021, now that I have all of my documents uploaded. There have been a few bumps through the process. But I'm trying to stay positive since I'm close to the end.

I recently attended the home buyer's workshop presented by NACA and I must say I was impressed. It's an in-depth program but very simple and straight-forward. I look forward to working with the program and the counselors towards purchasing my new home. I would highly recommend to those interested in becoming a homeowner to attend this program.

We started the NACA process and it has been an interesting and educative process, Working with our counselor Regina Williams has been great and has helped ease concerns i had, She encouraged us and is helping achieve our dream of home ownership. Ms Williams has been nothing but professional, explains everything well and is assisting us every step of the way.

I'm so excited about my NACA journey. This has to be the best mortgage program ever! I can't wait until it's m time to buy my dream home!

I became a NACA member recently and can honestly say the process has been going smoothly. When I first hear of the NACA program it was all great things to so. I have been wanting to become a homeowner for a very long time. Many times I have felt pessimistic during the journey, because I have had so many concerns, like where to start. I have been looking and relying on realtors to provide guidance and knowledge, but they have yet to do so. Now, I can say that I am feeling really good about the process. I have a new MC and she's very nice and professional. I have a good feeling about how this process with go, including leaning on faith.

I am spreading the word to my family to become a NACA member to build generational wealth. But, the great thing is not only is NACA company that make affordable homeownership a reality, but also assist struggling existing homeowners as well. This is an awesome program. My Husband and I started the Naca process back in December 2019. We heard from the program from a mutual friend and highly recommended the program for first time Homebuyers. The program has great perks, our counselor has been nothing but AMAZING he has been very detailed, His very knowledgeable, has guided us with patience and always responds to emails and very responsible with appointment and paper work. We have had a couple of bumps along the way due to COV19 and reasons but i would highly recommend NACA. One thing i do have to say you have to be extremely organize, on top of all the paper work, be very persistent and very very very patient.

They have the best interest rate in the market and no money down. My experience with NACA has been good so far, I have been looking for a first time home buyer program and this program has been helpful in my journey towards home ownership. The rates are low and my experience from my intake session with Cecilia was very helpful. I'm still in the process and hoping to provide more feedback later. It may take some elbow grease but it is well worth the benefits.

I first started many years ago by attending a free homebuyers workshop. I had some life events prevent me from buying at that time, but I am ready now. I am working with a very kind and helpful counselor at NACA named Tonya. She is walking me step by step through the process. I had my intake meeting and was given good information regarding what it takes to qualify and was provided with a itemized task list to complete and keep up to date throughout the process. I had a fast turnaround time with Tonya and moved through the steps pretty quickly. I am ready to be submitted for qualification now and look forward to being a happy homeowner very soon! :) I HIGHLY recommend this program. They mean every word they say. They will not let a person get themselves into a home that they cannot afford. This is 100% what NACA is against with other lenders. It may not be as quick of a program, but the time it takes is well worth it.

I have had a pleasant experience with NACA thus far. The program can be daunting in some instances, but it's very forgiving. I was in a position where I couldn't qualify for a mortgage and would have had to wait another 2 or so years to be able to get the opportunity to own a home and even then my credit file could possibly still disqualify me. My mortgage counselor does a wonderful job outlining the steps I need to take to make sure I get naca qualified. The perks of the program are worth the frustration it brings at time. I've recommended the program to several others.

NACA provides the best home buying program out there. They provide the consumer with great rates and many other perks that no other program can do. The program does take a little longer than others, because of the high number of people applying.

I was skeptic of NACA when I first heard about the opportunity; I heard it was a long process. However, that hasn't been the case for me. I have a counselor that is dedicated to get me qualified in a swiftly manner. Despite my lack of great credit there were still options for me with help along the way. I believe NACA is a great program and what they're doing for the community is amazing.

I signed for naca 1 year back the person supposed to help me she lie about i loose my appointment in video she never connect and in the phone unpressional people I provide and pay my membership I think they make money with membership for many people

My counselor, Miranda, is great to work with. She's thorough and makes sure that I'm going to close as soon as possible.

Great experience! Really enjoyed our counselor who helped us walk through the required documents and prepped us well for our follow-up. We are really looking forward to the next steps and eventually moving into a new home!
