I came across naca on Facebook, so I decided to give it a try. NACA program has no down payment, closing cost or pmi and don't rely on a credit score. They also help you with budgeting, saving your money and how to clean up your credit. I highly recommend this program, as I am currently in this program to buy my first house.
Me and wife have found Naca to be very professional and trustworthy giving us a chance at homeownership very helpful it's been true blessing and wonderful experience I've been telling my family and friends about them and their program thank you Naca!
I want to say thank you to NACA my first appt. With my counselor preparing for my future, She was very pleasant, detailed, specific, and honest. Together we came up with a action plan. My local NACA office is located in Richmond, VA.
My husband and I just completed our first counseling session with NACA and it went better than we could have expected. Our counselor was very kind, thorough and patient. We found out about the program that offers the opportunity to buy a house at the lowest interest rates, no money down, no PMI and no closing costs from a friend who purchased a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. We are looking forward to the next step in the process.
I am currently in the process of purchasing a my dream home through NACA for the second time. The mortgage product rate and buy down option is second to none! The success of the process is powered by your determination and consistency to timely complete the tasks given and your determination to see the dream of homeownership become a reality in your life.
I found out about this program through a coworker/friend. I had never heard of this program and I immediately thought this was too good to be true. It started out a bit slow at first, I'm assuming due to demand. It took about 4 months to get a workshop appointment to receive NACA ID. I unfortunately didn't immediately set up my first counseling appointment after receiving my ID so after waiting about 3 months to take the next step, I had to wait about 4-5 months before my first appointment with my counselor. But she was worth the wait. She is knowledgeable, very responsive and seems really vested in getting me qualified and in a home. If the rest of the process is this positive, I look forward to it!
My family used this program to refinance their home and convinced me to use them for my mortgage as a first time homebuyer (back in 2017). I attended the seminar and instantly became excited. HOWEVER, I wasn't as prepared as I thought I was to buy a house (mentally or financially). So in 2018 I dropped out. Late 2019 I called the DC office and scheduled an appointment with the mindset come hell or high waters I would see this through. I listened to my counselor, placed myself on a budget, saved money, continued to pay my bills, refused to open up or use credit cards etc. This program literally turned me from having a mindset of spend, spend, spend to save, save, save. I didn't realize how much I have grown and lessons learned until I thought back over the years how I was truly living paycheck to paycheck and now I'm realizing I have money to pay all my bills have a LITTLE allowance but still have a hell of a savings. Yes, the goal is to become a homeowner, but for me I had to learn how to save first. I had to learn to pack my patience and stay focused on my goal. If it wasn't for my counselors, I wouldn't be in the position today to buy my first home with confidence. The market currently is frustrating, but I truly can't thank this program enough.
I would recommend anyone to the NACA Program, It requires patience in the end it will be worth it. I am still going through the process and my counselor has been a big help and as long as you are doing everything you are told to do, it makes the process flow smoothly.
Hello internet word,
NACA has help our family get our house in order. Which means Naca gave us the guidance to homeownership.
Sincerly,

I was first recommended to do NACA by a friend of mine who began the program but ended up going a more traditional route for a home loan. The first step is the homebuyers workshop which my husband and I attended in September 2020. The next steps is to meet with a mortgage counselor and that appointment was set for December. In between September and December they recommend that you upload all your documentation such as your paystub‘s and information on all the debts that you have. They also recommend that you begin saving for the mortgage necessary fees which include inspection and things like that. They state that there are no closing costs but there are other fees that are going to be due when buying the home. They are also no down payment needed which is a plus. The best thing about the program is that they take the IBR plan for a student loan which student loans can hinder a lot of people from being eligible for a home loan, but in this program it does not. The only issue I have is that it seems that they are understaffed and the staff that they do have are overworked and probably underpaid and so my husband and I have found that it's difficult to get questions answered in a timely manner. We have a joke that using a NACA loan is like being at the aid office to get food stamps. The people want to help which is why they have the job but they have so many cases and get overworked and under paid that often times they don't want to take the extra step that's necessary to help those who really need help. I am lucky enough though, that I was able to find a Facebook group where there are very good employees who although they are overworked still want to help people become home owners. So as of right now my husband and I are still not home eligible yet but hopefully when we have our meeting again in July we can get a prequalification letter and began the home search. So far through it all NACA is worth the trouble and the time even with some disappointing factors of the process.
Best service! I found NACA a year ago and they have helped me lower me debt ratio and give me hope to buy my home. Because of them I will be able to buy my home this year without needing to pay extra fees, closing cost or nonpayment. Kudos to my counselor who had been working nonstop with me and my husband.
This is by far the best product out here you cannot beat! No down payment, Closing costs, or PMI!
However, YOU will have to be willing to put in the work to get all of the documentation as well as doing your research on the program itself and how to properly submit documentation. No half-stepping this way. If you are serious it will show!
Downfall is you will have to have the patience of a saint and more! Things move slow and some things you cannot control but you have to look at the reward! HOMEOWNERSHIP! It will all be worth it in the end!
I have been going throuth NACA to prupshe my first home and an so blessed to have this corporation assistanceing me Mr. Martin has been god sent i can not wait to close if you have not look in to this corporation please do you will not regret it. Alicia
So far, so good my counselor is very helpful and patient with me during this process. I can't wait to purchase my new home.
My experience with NACA have been great so far. I have attended the Homebuyers Workshop on May 8,2021 and this far have been a pleasure to work with. I called and an appointment was made for my intake session. The phone representative was a pleasure and very welcoming. Looking forward to this journey with NACA.
I feel that NACA is an awesome organization that have people that will walk you thru the process of home ownership with workshops and counseling. I have found that when all of your paperwork are in order and uploaded in it's proper place it makes the transition much smoother. I also had a counselor who worked with me and explained what was needed and why which really helped. Thank you Gregory Hargrave who had so much patient.
Recently I was introduced to the NACA program by a friend, since then I had been to a very interesting workshop with them. I feel very hopeful that this is going to be a very rewarding program and that it will be a great opportunity to owning your own home. I have done my research and I will not take no for an answer, neither will I get carried away by any negative thoughts, but instead gain my own experience to share with others and I am feeling very positive that I may be able to own a house through their effort. My process so far took on a great start, my counselor seems very knowledgeable and I am waiting on his direction towards the next step in the buying process.
NACA is a great conventional loan for those who may not be able to or want to put down 20% down. Also there is no PMI. There are many hoops to jump, but it'll be worth it in the end.
After hearing about NACA through my sister, I decided to do some research and I was interested in how you didn't have to put any money down or any closing. I eventually started my NACA journey, recently conversed with my counselor, who was very nice, patient and easy to talk to and also answered all of my questions. So far everything is going well, and being that we are still in an ongoing pandemic, I do know I have to be patient and willing to comply with every step I have to take throughout this whole process. I am so ready to become a homeowner and be able to share more about my journey with NACA in the future.

Answer: I decided to go with NACA because they don't consider your credit score and the counselors work with you to become qualified. NACA has made me more diligent with saving money by not spending on wants but needs. This method has strengthen my assets considerably. Also, because you have to volunteer your services as you see fit at least 5x a year which is great because you are giving back to the community. DEE in Far Rockaway
