Overall, I have a great experience so far with NACA. I was qualified after my second intake. I got an accepted offer after 1 month of hunting. I am in the mortgage process still more to go but it's been a great experience so far. I have a great counselor Benard Obichie from Buffalo NY. I recommend everyone to join NACA, no closing cost, no credit score. The only thing you need to have is "patience " and get everything together and be organized.
NACA is a great place to start First time Home Owner you learn a lot about being a home Owner. I have enjoy
If you're looking for a home loan naka is one of the best home loan products out there the best home loan products out there 1 of my favorite things about naka is not only do they help it is not only do they help you get into a low affordable mortgage well such as budgeting money management and saving
I'm looking forward to getting out of this dangerous neighborhood. With the help of Dwayne, I will be owning my. Own home very soom... Thanks in atvance Dwayne. With your help my dream will come true! Thank you NACA. We can finally see the light.
NACA is a fantastic program for 1st time homebuyers. They offer much more affordable rates with the possibility of little to no down payment and no closing costs. Counselors are helpful and really educate you on learning whether u can actually afford it. But lots and lots of paperwork so be prepared. Going through the process right now. I'm hopeful!
The NACA Counselors are excellent! Ms. Bellamy made the process easy, answered my questions and provided an action plan for the next steps to purchasing my home. Initially my appointment was cancel until a month later because the assigned counselor was no longer with the company. After contacting the Regional Director, she rescheduled my appointment for the following day. NACA is right for you if you are looking to purchase a home with no money down. I'm so excited that I will soon be a home owner after being penalized by banks because of students loans. Thank you NACA! This is a great program to home ownership!
This is truly a program for the everyday working person. They did the heavy hard work against the big banks so we didn't have to. This program is fair for everyone. If you put in the leg work, you reap incredible financial rewards by saving thousands of dollars over the length of your home loan! If you can buy down your mortgage, a little money up front will save you a lot down the road! If you are working through their paperwork process, keep your head up! The process will end eventually and the wait is worth it!
I was referred to this excellent program in my Church, I'm excited to be on this journey and hope to be approved for home ownership very soon.
Good company that helps people get into homes and also help people to budget there money to save for the future.
I completed my first 2 steps with counselor Kadeja W. She told me what I needed to do and was professional about it. I'm currently on the 3rd step of NACA: Housing Search. I have a new counselor, Antonio. NACA is a great program but does require PATIENCE. I recommend reviewing your workbook for answers before reaching out for help. I'm also working with Moses and he is very knowledgeable and straight to the point. Advice I can give: Update your portal, figure things out, and keep going.
We found out Naca program a friend referred to us. Naca program has a good deal no down payment, no closing cost, no PMl and no credit score that helped a lot to become a home owner.we started the process June 2021 with Counselor Antonio and qualified in three weeks.we are so happy. Antonio is Wonderful and explained everything very well.He always make sure before ends the calls that we understand the instructions that helped us to be qualified quickly. Thank you Antonio! We highly recommend NACA to become a homeowner!
Started the process back in May. I attended the Home buyers workshop and started reading through all the documents and resources they provided for members. I was able to get an appointment scheduled with my mortgage counselor 1.5 months later. There's definitely a lot information to parse through and documents to gather and upload in order to qualify, but I understand it's a process and all the work will be worth it in the end when I can finally stop renting and own my own home!
My first experience was more than I imagined with NACA. My counselor is so sweet, kind and explained everything in detail so that I could understand the process. Praying for my first home purchase to be a success!@nacaofficialpage
I been with Naca since 2016, my sister told me about this housing program that her friends had gotten houses through this program. My experiences with this program is a big experience for me. I had gave up so many times throughout those years because I was getting frustrated everytime. But most of all, throughout the process, I learned that you have to have patients every step of the way. I wanted to give up again, but my counselor talked me out of given up this time.

I was first introduced to NACA through my friend who bought her first house from them. What made this program attractive to me was the no closing costs, no down payment, no additional fee's, and the low interest rates. I signed up in October 2020 and attended the initial workshop. I am currently in the process of trying to get qualified. I would recommend paying down debts, saving some money, and keeping your bank accounts clean (No frequent non-payroll deposits like cash app etc. and no overspending) before you enroll in the program. Doing this could make the road to qualification much smoother. I recommend this program to anyone who is interested in home ownership. Especially single parents! It is possible!
NACA requires you to write a review on your very first meeting with them but this is my review after the months long experience with them. They are an absolute waste of time, with the exception of the realtor that I worked with. He was the only true professional that I worked with. I dealt with the Raleigh NC office and even the director of that office ignored emails and messages. My "counselor" had a "you need me " chip on her shoulder and ignored me more than she spoke to me. The realtor and I were getting mixed messages. My file was not up to date. I sat twiddling my thumbs not knowing what to do because nothing was in my file as far as action plan "to do" list. The underwriter actually called me while smacking on food or gum while actually on a second phone and was speaking on speakerphone! Told the other person she was on the phone with a client but continued to talk to me. She was totally distracted and I had to point out 2-3 things that she was overlooking because she was so distracted and smacking on whatever was in her mouth. Wanted questions answered on multiple occasions but it took the realtor asking my "counselor" for me to actually make contact with her and by that time my file was locked because it was time to pay dues again. I told them I had been communicating and waiting on answers long before dues were to be paid and now you tell me that you can't open my file! I refused to pay, though dues are inexpensive, for another year of unanswered questions, unprofessionalism, and being strung along. What they offer is great but who and what they have offering it and the type of business they do makes it not worth it. Mr Jay, my realtor, was Awesome, professional, communicative and the best part about this program.
I closed with NACA today and it was totally worth the process. My mortgage Counselor Sharon Bogney was incredible. She was on it from the beginning and very thorough. She would answer my emails quickly and she always took extra time to answer any questions I had and to make sure I understood the process. Her passion for the program and the clients she represents is real and she fought for me the entire time. I am overwhelmingly grateful for Sharon and Naca.
I started my journey with NACA over 10 years ago and thankfully they had always kept my file active. When I jumped back in this year, my NACA counselor was very helpful with getting me back on track. I'm almost at the point where it's time to get approval and everything has been streamline and gone well. I'm very happy with this experience.
It's a great program helping with home ownership with no down payment and no closing costs. Can't wait til we find a home.
NACA has taught me to be disciplined in my budgeting, saving and spending. No more living pay check to paycheck.

Answer: I decided to go with NACA because they don't consider your credit score and the counselors work with you to become qualified. NACA has made me more diligent with saving money by not spending on wants but needs. This method has strengthen my assets considerably. Also, because you have to volunteer your services as you see fit at least 5x a year which is great because you are giving back to the community. DEE in Far Rockaway
