Hello to all, I found out about naca like 2 years through a very close friend of mines. When I first heard about it I was like whattt! I'm going to look into it. So I look into and went through it anyhow! I went to the very first workshop where they explain to you again about the homebuying process. The process omg it's very long but it's definitely well worth it! You definitely have to have patience I'm officially about to be a homeowner through naca for the ones that are thinking about going through the program Go for it! It's definitely a great program just have patience.

I started with NACA around August 2020. Its a process just like any other home buying program but you have to stay with it and have patience. I learned a lot while being in this program, especially how to save more. Currently almost done and I cannot wait to move into my new home!

I am new to NACA, and still in the process of the purchase of my first home. So far Naca staff is been amazing with all the help and counselling they provide to help understand the program and process by educating with all the resources and upload the documents in order to make our dreams come true. Antonio Coronado, my counselor is been super helpful and always available to answer all my questions and guided me thru the process. Thank you to all NACA's team.

We were referred to NACA by our agent and participated in a couple of online seminars. We liked what NACA stands for and how they help minorities realize their dream of home ownership. We became members and are in the process of of compiling and uploading the required documentation. We have our counseling appointment scheduled this week. It's a rigorous process, however the resources to assist and answer questions have made it manageable. Once approved, the work begins to find the home of your dreams! We're thankful for NACA's advocacy and will volunteer to support their efforts.

I love this program! While I am still in the process, I am nothing but great experiences so far. My counselor is very proactive and very thorough in explaining the NACA way to me. She sends me reminders and helpful documents to make the process smooth and easy for me. I would highly recommend this program to everyone. It saves a ton of money in this very aggressive housing market.

Naca is providing me with the opportunity of a lifetime! Through this program I will own a home in just a few months! The process has been so easy with the help of my Naca counselor! After my divorce, it was a dream for me to be able to provide a stable home for my family but Naca has made my dream a reality! Thank You!

I have been in the NACA program for a couple of months now and it is a long process. The information they need is very in debt, but you do get time to upload all documents. I am happy to be a part of the program and hope that I and my wife get the opportunity to own our first home through the program.

My name is Sergio Miranda and my wife, Thuy was telling me a non-profit organization called NACA were they would help you purchase a home. There would be no closing cost, no credit check, no mortgage insurance. I thought that is too good to be true but we're going through the process and so far it has been great. We email our counselor and he gets back to us right way. He seems dedicated to helping people like us purchase our first home. We work a lot of hours and he works with scheduling our follow up intake session. I would highly recommended Michael Falvey. He's a counselor representing NACA, if you looking to buy in Massachusetts.

BUYING A HOME IS AN INVESTMENT AND ONE SHOULD TAKE A LOT OF TIME BEFORE THEY INVEST. I HAVEN'T SIGNED ON THE DOTTED LINE YET BUT THE PROCESS HAS TAUGHT ME A LOT ALREADY ABOUT DISCIPLINE AND ORGANIZATION ALREADY. SO I APPRECIATE THE PROCESS. Started working with my housing counselor Christine Willis in the Charlotte NC office. She has been amazing very attentive, wealth of information, helped make my workshop so easy. She let me know what I had to work on and we made another appointment. Everything is on the right track. This program is amazing it is so helpful as long as you do what they say to do you will be in the house of your dreams in no time. I'm so appreciative of this program, thank you so much, looking forward to buying my house.

A friend of mine told me about NACA home buying program. With no down payment, no closing costs, no fees, they don't look at credit scores, help with saving funds and can help people become homeowners. I've already started the process and almost at the finished line. The Columbia SC team has been nothing but amazing.

My husband and I started our NACA home buying journey in January 2021 and it has been going good, thus far. It is a process, but we hope to be approved this month to begin the search for our new home. Our counselor, Monique, has been a tremendous help in getting us ready for approval.
