As I begin my journey with NACA, I was introduced to NACA by a friend. I was given a counselor that took me through the steps of the program. I will say, she was very helpful and patient with me. What I loved most was hearing affordable homes. NACA helped you to have a home that you are comfortable with your mortgage payments. The outstanding thing about the program is there's no down payment and no closing cost. Being with NACA for an X amount of years, have taught me patient and money management. It has also taught me how to stay positive and to understand its worth the wait. Its good to meet people that have gotten their dream home NACA, although I have yet to reach that goal, but the journey has been a great experience.

NACA is a great option for helping to get the home you always wanted at the best price possible. So happy to work with them.

Recently had a first time counseling session with Gwendolyn. She was thorough and informative. She gave us all of the information that we needed to purchase our first home. We feel very confident in the assessment that she gave us. We are so happy to be moving forward with NACA.

I first heard about this program on a radio station I used to listen to. So I decided to give it a shot during the pandemic in August 2020. Due to high credit cards debt and want to get a decent place to call my own, I'm still working in the process after 1 year. I would recommend that everyone to be patient and follow the advice of their counselor. I cannot say too much as I'm not done with the process yet. After the process, I will update my review.

Introduced through friends. Great beginner's option with no down payment and no closing costs. Wait time is significant but helped us get a better clearer picture on finances and options. Counselor was clear with instructions and made sure we understood about the entire process!

There is a serious problem with predatory lending and the distribution of wealth in America and NACA is genuinely here to help. Yes, it can feel like the process moves slowly sometimes, but that's due to the overwhelming number of people needing NACA's assistance and using their service. My counselor, Katya Walker is amazing, not only does she know the the NACA program backwards and forwards and bust her butt for me, but she is a bonafide crusader for the disadvantaged. I can't sing NACA's or Katya's praises loudly enough.

It may take a little time, but they will do right by you.

My experience with NACA for the past five months has been very tedious. I am remaining hopeful that this will be worth it all. Initially I was told that because of the Pandemic all offices were closed so I understood however at this point offices are open and things are almost back to normal. The lack of response and inability to get a timely appointment has me concerned if I'll continue with the program. I love and appreciate what the program stands for so hopefully I can be included. I would like to go into 2020 being approved and with this process behind.

I booked our NACA Orientation last May and got a spot in July. The first appointment with my counselor was last October 1st! Lakera is very professional and very easy to work with. She is helping us get all the things we needed to get approved for our mortgage. A ton of paperwork/uploading to do but worth it. Will get approval for our mortgage soon. We are very excited about our journey to becoming a homeowner very soon. Why not give it a try? No need for a down payment, no PMI, no closing cost, below-market interest and you can have interest buy down too. It's worth the wait. Patience is the key!

Its a great source of help with home buying for people who feel like thiers no hope we all know the process of buying a home is detrimental so it gives you less stress.

NACA is a wonderful program that helps people that otherwise couldn't afford down payment for a home become home owners. It involves a little bit of paper work but just be patient and stay with the program, keeping your ice on the price, which is a beautiful house below market price and at less than 2% APR. Wonderful counselors that are there to guide you all through the process. The wonderful thing about this program is that if you are not good at budgeting, I assure you that you will be a better manager of your income. Goooooooooo NACA.

NACA has been so wonderful to work with. Everyone is so knowledgeable, kind, patient, extremely helpful & understanding. They are truly making my home buying experience fun & empowering. If you don't know, NACA is the way to go! Happy Home Buying

I am at the very beginning stages of working with Naca. I Just completed the Homebuyers Workshop. I am working on my webfile and awaiting my intake counseling session. I am eager to get this journey started. So far a 5 star review. I will keep you all updated.
