Sometimes the qualification process becomes cumbersome and overwhelming and all you need is a word from someone who has gone through the process. The community has been of great help in this regard. They have helped me to stay focus and keep my eyes on the prize, which is too great compared to the qualification process. Thanks to the community.

I started my journey with NACA back in 2018. I didn't put any action in until 2019/2020 and then COVID hit. I started back up in 2021. I suffered through lay offs and having to short sale my previous home. NACA has helped me make my journey back where I need to be and to also allow me to get a home with an awesome interest rate even though the interest rates have gone up. For those who may have issues with getting financing due to previous layoffs, short sales, foreclosures, credit, NACA is there to assist you with getting you a home. Keep in mind, you will have work to do. If you don't do it, then you will not get there.

My overall experience with NACA has been wonderful. My consultant has helped me through the entire process step-by-step. Anytime I have a question Dwayne is more than willing to assist me and break down the information so that I have full understanding. I feel confident that I will find my dream home and live comfortably in it at at price that i can afford.

I'm excited to be on this journey and hope to be approved for my new home with God in front my family will have a place to call home.

Good interest rates and low money down! No closing costs. A lot of work but,, I've been told that it's worth the effort.

I just attended the NACA introductory webinar. There was so much helpful information! It's required for NACA membership and well worth the time spent! Thanks to Tim, Shim and Marcella for answering all of the questions and making it easy to move forward with the application process. I'm so excited to be a part of their movement to make homeownership a possibility for so many who otherwise couldn't find it possible.

Great info session provided by the NACA personnel. I do wish they had a bullet point list of, "You need these things in order to qualify." Instead of, "come listen to me and I'll share the information with you." Nonetheless, they are bridging the gap between being house poor and poor.

Good morning it's a great pleasure for me this morning to get imform you about NACA. Last week I met on video my counselor Kelli I was very happy she did a great interview with me. She is very patient to answer my question. It's good for you guy's to get involve on NACA trust me you will never regret there's a lot of opportunities but you have to be patient.

I found out about NACA while researching homebuyer assistance programs. After going to the workshop, I was very excited to know that home ownership was a real possibility for me. The program doesn't use your credit score, has no down payment requirement, no closing costs, and no PMI. It's character based which was perfect for me since mine is great. I'm now in the final stages of qualification and approval and my counselor has been very helpful throughout my process.

The Naca program offers great benefits in pursuit of buying a home. The often response is typical "what's the catch?". The catch in my opinion is being disciplined and staying focused with documentation. They require a lot of paperwork, but that is to ensure that you are able to afford a home. Most people buy a home that they can't afford and then up in a terrible situation. The program is very good if you're going to be dedicated and really want to buy a home instead of renting or overpaying for a house.

NACA is an amazing program to join for homeownership! It has taught us so much about homeownership in general but has also taught us about budgeting and getting on the right track financially. Our mortgage counselor has been with us every step of the way, teaching us and helping us understand everything about the process and we have been very successful due to her. We are very grateful for this program, and we look forward to becoming homeowners!

I found out about this home buying program, no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, no fees, they don't look at credit scores and can help people become homeowners. A co-worker of mine referred me. He wasn't in the best situation and said this is what worked for him and his family. I've just already started the process and have been in communication with them. They are very helpful and I'm excited about my journey too becoming a homeowner.
