My experience with NACA so far has been very positive. It started with an in-depth and informative workshop. The workshop provided detailed information on the entire process from start to finish. At the workshop you will have the opportunity to meet other satisfied participants of the program and hear about their success with the program. The workshop facilitators were very thorough and patient with everyone. They welcomed questions and did not rush through the information. My first meeting with my assigned counselor went well and left me feeling optimistic. He was very patient, provided detailed explanations, thoroughly answered my questions, and made sure I had a complete understanding of the process. I would recommend making sure you have all your appropriate documents uploaded prior to your intake session. It will make the process go smoother and quicker.

I am still going at it with NACA. It's definitely been a long stressful process. But I am being hopeful that this is my year.
Things in life don't always come easy or fast, but always staying positive and hopeful is my plan. I will continue to work Faith B. And NACA until it goes thru. Good Luck to me.

I'm in the beginning stages of homeownership with NACA. The process has been simple so far and my intake counselor Sharon Bogney is an angel she's patient and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her mostly because she's in a whole other state there are no local offices in the state I resigned. I understand the challenges she is facing in assisting me. Thank you

I have praised this program to everyone that crosses my path and mentions their desire to buy a home. ESPECICALLY a first time homebuyer (FTHB), which is exactly what I am. My NACA Counselor Kimberly R., has not only been patient but she has been encouraging every step of the way. Literally my biggest cheerleader! Anytime I feel like the "unknown; upcoming step" may cause me stress or worry, she has been there to answer my questions and calm my nerves.

This program has taken my dream of becoming a FTHB and turning it into a reality and for that I am grateful and blessed.

Since I started this journey with Naca, its been a tedious process, but I am excited to be on this journey with Naca the counselor has provided me with all the steps needed to become qualified in order to be approved for a home ownership. Hopefully very soon I'll be a homeowner, but for now I'll continued to enjoy this exciting this process with my counselor the the NACA corporation.

It's a lot of paper work and getting things in order but the representatives have been helpful and kind enough along the journey.

Naca has been very supportive and have prepared me for credit access along with all the important topics and responsibilities of home ownership. They have been patient with my responses to requirements. I would recommend anyone to participate with the Naca when buying their new property.

I am in my 6th month through the NACA program, and so far has been a good experience. There are a lot of steps, and because of the volume of steps, sometimes it can become frustrating and tedious. However, I have a good counselor, so if the outcome of this is a home, it will be well worth the process.

My husband and I were introduced to NACA several years ago by a realtor we crossed paths with. My dream has always been to own a home to raise my kids in. With this program there is no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, no fees, and credit isn't a factor to help people become homeowners. It's the best mortgage program out there. Our counselor has been very helpful in answering all our questions and guiding us through the process. I am looking forward to going through the full process and becoming a homeowner.

My name is kyria, I have been in the NACA process since October of 2021, I am in payment shock for six months because I am currently not renting. I would suggest to anyone going through the process to make sure that you ask questions and email your counselor. Make sure when you have an appointment that you have everything completed and check with your counselor prior to make sure you will not have any delays.

NACA is a great program, its just a long process and you have to be ready for it. I cant wait to find my dream home.

As I life long learner I found the educational part of this Homeownership scheme absolutely phenomenal. It helped me to stay financially organized, more responsible and hungry for becoming a home owner in Brooklyn, New York. My two counselors were amazing, patient, concise, clear and thorough. Whatever question I had they were always happy to answer, and remind me how I could find the answer in my documentation or on the main NACA website. My excitement about this program has lead me to create a WhatsApp support group for a number of women also seeking to become homeowners through the program. It was really energized my inner activist too - home equity for all!

I am now a widower and I assumed that it would be difficult to purchase a home alone. After signing up with NACA and completing the task that is required for the purchase of my first home, I feel relieved to know that help is there when needed. I am now communicating with my friends and family about this great program that could assist with purchasing their forever home.

Hello everyone, I am a future first time buyer with NACA. So far my experience with everyone has been wonderful. Everything has been explained very well. At first I thought it was something that was not going to end up being real. I questioned it, like what's the catch? It sounded too good to be true. I found out about the program through a friend they actually went through this program a couple of years back and they were like no it's real. They'll be able to help you buy your first home. So far I have submitted a lot of the information they are needing from me with a proper timely manner. As of now I have been given the information I need to proceed with my purchase. I said at the beginning when I took the first class online and I'll say it again, it's like having an angel on earth. Thank you NACA for helping me find my forever home in the location I always dreamed of.

This is a savior to those of us that fall short on the traditional route. People should not be banned from living happily ever after because of a few mistakes they were powerless over or they can't obtain 6 figure incomes or savings.
