I cannot wait to become a homeowner, praying that I will be approved very soon. I have been assigned to an amazing counselor Hervey Emmanuel who is very knowledgeable and patient, he explained everything well. I am grateful with the help I am receiving from NACA

Since I have been working with Naca, this has been a great experience so far. They have been very informative, friendly and really helpful. They make it very easy to follow the requested steps. I'm very thankful I chose to work with them.

I was given this program by a close friend of mine. I was so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy that was given during my counseling session. I am so excited about being accepted into this program to becoming a homeowner. This assistance from NACA Counselors made me feel more comfortable and less stressed about this journey I am about to go on. They truly eased my mind to where now I am enjoying the process and not overthinking. During the whole initial consultation I was involved and not just sitting on the sidelines. I have recommended this program to my friends and family who also want to become homeowners. Let's get it work in and I can't wait to get those keys.

NACA is a fantastic program for homeownership and I'm extremely excited to be part of it! I've been assigned to a brilliant counselor LaJundra Carr. She is knowledgeable, extremely smart, professional, honest, respectful, wise as Solomon and has the patience of Job! Yes the process is intense, at times grueling but if you do your due diligence and follow the Action Plan, home ownership is not far off. Stay the course and keep the faith! Thanks NACA!

I started my NACA process 11/2021 and I'm glad I did. This process has been going well. Doing what I've been assigned to do. I have an amazing counselor Mr. Kevin M. He set up a great action plan for me, good communication, always on time and hopefully I'll be purchasing my new home in the next couple months.

Currently undergoing the qualification process to submit for the loan. Today, my Husband and I met with NACA counselor, Miranda. She's informative and her diligence is admirable. Looking forward to achieving the dream of homeownership!

NACA has the lowest interest compared to all the other lenders. The councilor was awesome; very helpful and knowledgeable.

I am so excited about becoming a homeowner for my son! Consistency with updating documentations and completing Action Plan is crucial. Also, if you have any questions and unable to get in contact with your Counselor you can always call your local NACA office. Dont give up. Keeping going!

The program has been such a big help for me not only does it assistance in the home being process but helps me in my finical area, I was able to start budgeting way better than I have, its an awesome program recommend it to all in my path

I recommend NACA to all who are seeking to purchase their first home. I greatly appreciate the collective effort behind NACAs success in home-purchase counseling and advocacy. I am in the qualification phase currently. My counselor is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient in the counseling session. I look forward to continuing in NACAs methodic and proven process. I am eager to become a NACA home owner. The benefits one gains through NACA are unheard of. NACA is a wonderful program! The program prepares you for homeownership all the while assisting you with budgeting & saving money as well! It is definitely worth pursuing if you want to become a homeowner. Low interest rates, no down payment or closing costs & its not credit based as well. You still have to be credit worthy & make payments on time. Ill be closing soon.

I found out about NACA through a coworker that was going through the buying program at the time. At the time it was too easy to be thru, however, I was wrong. Their credibility is true, and their team members are very hands-on to explain and guide you through all the steps. We are more than halfway through the NACA program, and we are very excited about becoming homeowners. A big thank you to our consultant Melinda for being so helpful an patient with us.

Kelli McEachern was a phenomenal Naca representative, and I would highly recommend her for getting you jump started for this program. She was very patient, understanding, as well as a great help overall. She was very helpful with step by step very detailed instructions towards completing my process.

I just begin my journey with Naca and I'm excited to become a 1st time home owner. No closing costs and no credit score credit history is what will help me with this process. I have told my family members which are now researching home ownership through Naca. My mortgage counselor Antonio is very knowledgeable and was honest and up front. Yes you do have to work and be discipline but the reward is home ownership. I am excited to finally have my dreams come true.

I started this program several months ago. It's going a little slower than I'd like and the paperwork process is very tedious, but I am hopeful it will all be work it in the end. My case worker reaches out and helps me with whatever I need. This is a good program for first time home buyers.

I wish I had known about this program YEARS ago! I really appreciate the workshop that I attended today and the VALUABLE information that I learned. I'm soooo ready to start my journey to becoming a homeowner!
