First the process can take a long time but it seems to be worth it. I was recommended to NACA by a family member. She went thru the process and now lives in a beautiful home. I didn't know where to start with purchasing a home. After going thru the initial meeting to explain the process, I felt very good about the program. I was assigned a counselor to make sure I have all the documentation needed and to help me along the way. I look forward to completing the process.

The overall service with them are good. I have had some ups and downs but I am still hanging in there until I get my house. It is very stressful at times.

I learned about the NACA program through a relative. Participating in the initial Homeowners' Workshop revealed to me all that was possible. Even as senior citizen, I have now begun my journey as a first time homeowner with the assistance of NACA. My intake counselor was very courteous, encouraging and helped guide me through the initial process. Thank you NACA for helping me to realize my dream!

I have been in the NACA process for over a year. My counselor is amazing in explaining the step by step process. One of the most important things I have learned was this process, it helps gets you finances in order tp prepare you for the home buying experience. I would highly recommend using NACA and their outstanding knowledgeable counselors!

It has always been a dream of mine to own a home when I finish my BA. Currently going through this process with the best counselor Gwendolyn Turner has made this a very attainable dream. I am towards the end of the NACA process for home ownership, and it has been a personally rewarding experience. Their staff is proficient, professional, and knowledgeable, and they are with you throughout the entire journey. The most important feature is NACA requires no closing cost, no down payment, and they have below market fixed rate. I was in search of a program to help with my closing cost and down payment costs of buying a home and a family member told me about NACA. I was skeptical because it seemed to good to be true. I attended the web seminar and started the program and uploaded all documents. Hopefully the process is not long but hopefully it will be purposeful. I am very grateful with the help I am receiving. It is well worth the time to find a forever home of my dreams.

This process with NACA has been teaching me a lot, especially in regards to patience. It has also shown me over the past year how much money that I was spending without paying attention to the swipes of the debit card.
