My wife and I used MyTrips.com to purchase our tickets from the UK to Italy for ITA airlines. The flight was canceled. I contacted MyTrips and spoke with a representative on the other side of the world who said that our flight was not shown as canceled. I informed the representative I was at the airport with my wife and our luggage and the flight was definitely canceled. We were looking for another flight to get us to our destination, but we also needed a refund. MyTrips said they would have to verify the flight was actually canceled. I received email from them regarding my contact with MyTrips, but without any email address to which I could reply. Later, I tried to contact MyTrips again, but could not get through the Chat line because it was temporarily down. I contacted MyTrips again because I was not receiving any sort of status on the matter, much less follow up. I was told by the MyTrips representative that they had contacted the airline, but that I needed to give them some time. I pointed out that it had already been 10 days and I was told they would move my request to a higher priority. Thus far, I am out close to $600 plus a lot of time, energy and patience.
We had booked a flight to Alaska from Dublin via Seattle. The night before we flew we tried to check in on line to discover that our tickets for the Dublin Seattle leg (return) had been cancelled. After several hours of ringing MyTrip, aer lingus and Alaska air we got no where and as we had a tour booked for Alaska we had to buy new tickets at enormous cost. Now we are home and trying to get a refund. My Trip are telling us it has to come from the airline and the airline are saying my trip have to give to us. Trying to talk to an agent from My Trip is a nightmare. They keep fobbing us off. They are total disaster and I would advise you to keep as far a way as possible.
We bought tickets Bari to Mykonos and we could not check in online, when we get at the airport they told is it didn't exist, and that the card had been declined, and they charged us the flight ticket price.

After being refused on a flight booked through mytrip due to unwritten airport rules, mytrip have been ignoring all of my communication about my refund and compensation they originally agreed to over the phone. I have spent a countless number of hours on the phone to mytrip, and after being told to email them instead they have been refusing to respond. Mytrip requested that I contact the airline directly to 'open my ticket' in order for them to issue my refund and compensation. I was able to do this, but mytrip have been ignoring my emails for months since and still owe me hundreds of pounds.
I am shocked at the abhorrent level of customer service and insensitivity.
I booked my flight in 2020 the flight was cancelled by the airline and the airline refunded my trip the funds but my trip is yet to refund me. Every time I call I keep getting the run around. People at the airline told me do not use them again, they didn't have to tell me so cause I certainly never intend on using them again..

Directly after booking my flight, the luggage was cancelled and I had to manually re-book it with all airlines. Mytrip did neither assist nor refund any of its 500 Euro service fee.
After putting in all my credit card information, the window pops up saying the price went up by 20% and if you will honor it. I said no but they charged my credit card anyway. When I called to cancel it, they said they will do it with a fee. I asked for a manager and she said no manager. Then made me wait for 15 min and came back with the same thing. Bad bad people.

Desperate to get my sister out of a bad situation I Google cheap flights come across this site and jump to book,, not only now has she missed her flight because of miscommunication between this company and the airline but she's stranded at the airport. No matter how many times we try to get this resolved we are told we have to wait for another "team" to look at it and there is no time frame on when they will get back to us. Meanwhile my sister is stranded at the airport she lost her phone the night before and lost her bank card today! We tried for hours to get her flight rebooked and got the runaround. I will NEVER use this site again and I will NEVER recommend to anyone else!

This site is fraud, i paid flexible ticket so i can change flight, now they wanr to charge me full price ticket, even i paid 110€ extra for flexible ticket. They said i paid difference, and its full price. Kindly recommend to avoid this, even they have cheaper price, believe me, its spam.
I was deceived out of 600€, they neglected to check me in for my inbound flight despite my additional payment for assistance. Furthermore, they treated me disrespectfully during a phone call and their call center proved to be incompetent with no English-speaking staff. They also completely mishandled my return flight, forcing me to purchase another ticket. This amounts to blatant theft, and I am currently preparing an official complaint report while also considering legal action.
This company are very bad in costumer service and also thief, I booked with them and they spelled my name incorrectly, after I contact right away after I see it they told me I need to contact the airline then they charge me $45 to fix it and after they take the money they never fix it. Numerous scenarios. Worst could be that they rely on a certain percentage on cash flow to come from bookings that dont actually require to be paid for.
Depending on the size and reach of the service provider they could have a slush of funds that takes users up to one month to get back. Further to this there will be a percentage of these refunds thst never happen
The facts are it forced a one business trip in to being a very stressful situation

We count ourselves lucky we only lost $100 after reading these reviews. Wasn't informed of delayed first flight so missed connection-with same airline on same booking. Customer service answers and lies. Don't don't don't!

They false advertise the weight of the luggage.The only option available when booking via mytrip was 68 kg for the luggage. When I checked the booking with the airline it was booked for a 40 lb luggage for a much lower price. The airline's maximum amount is 45 Kg.
I asked to be refunded the difference and was told that they cannot do that and my inquiry will be escalated to a team. No resolution after calling 3 times and no time frame as to when it will be.
Also, if you buy a flexible ticket be aware that the flexible ticket is from mytrip not the airline and they will charge you anyway if you change your trip dates.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
