This is the first time to purchase e-ticket from the Mytrip, so I find out it is a good experience especially it is easy to buy it by ourselves, great prices and faster get receipt.

So he is only in the business of making excuses to say I cannot have my money back. 2(Bilal) said he could at least change the date because I had a flex ticket, but suddenly his computer crashed and I would have to talk to someone else. 3rd Prenav lied saying it was the airline's fault. The airline says the ticket is still valid. 4th did not followup as promised. ALL liars!
I paid 131 dollars to try to change my flight and they were unable to complete this after waiting nearly 30 minutes. I have yet to receive my refund of this amount. When I went directly through the airline to change my flight it only costed 34 dollars. I would not buy flights with this service at any point in time. I would ask for a complete refund and never use them again.
Have been asked 17 times to verify my order, I input to verification code, but there is now where to push an enter button, so it asks to verify again - stuck in a never ending loop. It has done it on my iPhone and Mac. SUPER FRUSTRATING and still have not seen my ticket for my upcoming flight!
Horrible customer service, tried cancelling a plane ticket 5 minutes after booking and was told not possible, so cancelled with airlines directly, will dispute the charge with American Express

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
