It is very duplicitous business in allowing me to book the ticket and go through the entire process and have you raise the price $234 after I submit payment.

⸻ I tried to book a 7:20 AM flight from İzmir to Barcelona via MyTrip through Skyscanner. Even when I selected 4 passengers, the flight still appeared as available. However, when I contacted MyTrip customer service, they told me that availability was limited and I couldn't proceed. This was confusing and frustrating, as the system still showed the flight for 4 people. I asked for clarification and escalation, but received no helpful solution. I'm disappointed with the lack of clear information and support.

Your checkout process is purposefully confusing and encourages people to add on additional charges. I accidentally clicked a box and approved a charge that I really didn't want because I didn't see the "no thanks" box that was super tiny in the corner.

My booking was confirmed and then they later canceled my whole flight 20 minutes after due to SOME TECHNICAL ISSUES! Then HOW DID IT CONFIRMED if it was having technical issues! And now I have to wait 5 days for over $3K to be refunded. I have a funeral to attend for my grandma on August 7, prices will FOR SURE DOUBLE! NOW I AM GOING TO MISS IT BECAUSE OF THIS SHADY INCOHERENT WEBSITE!
The customer service representative is very polite however half hour after booking an economy flight. I realized I bought the wrong dates and they weren't able to change anything on my ticket at all or cancel for a refund
Fairly straight forward. Only dislike is that there were so many optional things to navigate through. May be a simple start asking if interested in options items or not may help whose who don't want anything to bypass additional selections.
Unfortunately this is an extremely bad and dishonest company. I paid for the flexible booking option and I have to advise that it is a HUGE CON. I needed to change my booking. Even though the fare for the new dates I requested was a little lower than what I paid originally (meaning I should pay nothing more than already paid) they advised me I needed to pay £150 more to change my booking. When I queried this and pointed out the fares on their own site were less than what I had originally paid, they told me it was due to 'dynamic pricing'. This is not a dynamic pricing issue it is a serious fraud issue. On top of that I had to contact them 4 times to get to this point with a total onhold time of 10 hours. I will be reporting them to trading standards if this is not amicably resolved in the next 5 working days. I tried to escalate to their customer services but they fobbed me off with nothing and took another week to reply telling met to use the online chat again. Please do yourself a favour and do not put yourself through the torture of booking with this company. I work in the travel trade and I have never experienced a company this bad in the 16 years I have worked in the trade. I have paperwork and screenshots to back up what I say.

This is really the type of sales an marketing organizations that ads nothing, just takes commissions and turns away when they need to deliver. Stay away!
